Thanks Guys! Job well done. My parents traveling from Virginia to visit my family and getting into an accident was not the vacation they were hoping for. Being from the states, paper logistic was already quite stressful and having gone to another bodyshop prior to Boyd caused even bigger stress. Fantastic service from start to finish! Will always use Boyd Autobody for any future repairs (hopefully not too many !) and would highly recommend this location to friends and family. They went above and beyond the service paid for by the insurance company and made sure that the repairs were done in a timely manner. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough how fantastic they were. It is refreshing to find a business with such high standards and values! Thank you once again :)

I left work early to scramble to get my summer tires changed to the winter set before heading out of town for a road trip. I didn't have an appointment, so I figured I would try my luck at finding a shop in the afternoon and hopefully get my winter set put on before day's end. I decided to visit the Richmond Boyd first as my previous encounter with the shop left me very impressed. I decided to talk to Rishi Bakshi first as he was my primary point of contact the last time I was there, and after exchanging pleasantries he offered to change my tires free of charge! That probably saved me $40! And I didn't have to wait for my tires to get changed. Right away, he assigned three employees to work on my car, and like last time he let me visit the work area so I could watch his team work on my car. The team was diligent and courteous as they ... worked on my vehicle. It was like I had a personal pit crew! As the team worked, Rishi and I talked about our shared passion for golf. The team was very efficient yet thorough, making sure to crank the last few revolutions on each tire by hand to get the tires to fit just right. In less than 20 minutes, the team was finished, having also bagged my summer tires and stacking them into my car. I was absolutely floored by the customer service and quality of work at Boyd Richmond. Once again, Mr. Bakshi and his team went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, and now I'm all set for my trip to the Interior. When I get back I will definitely bring my other car to Boyd to get its repairs done. Thanks again, Boyd! read more

Awesome service and work! And I got my vehicle back FAST. I took my vehicle in expecting to be given an appointment to bring it back for the work but they took my car on the spot and set me up with a rental. I got a call the next day saying my vehicle was ready! The work was flawless. Including the windshield they handled three claims at the same time. The paperwork was non-existent on my part .. I only had to initial and sign on the dotted line and was on my way. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have gone to Boyd Auto body twice. The first time a very large vehicle backed into the front of my car and when Boyd finished with it, it looked brand new. I was so impressed; they also notice the rad case was cracked inside, so they are very thorough. The second time my back bumper was hit and run in a parking lot. Boyd did an awesome job again. I was so impressed to get my car back with a sparkling clean interior too! They go the extra mile. I highly recommend Boyd and would not hesitate to call them if I have any more mishaps!

I would not hesitate to go back and would greatly recommend them to anyone.My car had been written off by ICBC and they worked hard to save it so I cant thank you enough!!
