Great service, very pleased with the work done on my car. Staff very friendly and efficient. Courtesy car was clean, comfortable and easy to drive. I was told of expected time for repairs and encouraged to call if I had any questions.

i've been hearing a lot of adds about Boyd so i took my car in there to get the repairs done. I was glad to see a punjabi estimator. made it much easier to communicate. jb helped me from start to finish and kept me informed of the repairs as they proceeded. boyd did an amazing work on it. cant even tell it was involved in an accident. my car has never been so clean. Thank you jb and staff at boyd

Absolutley phenomenal service from the moment I made the call to the moment I picked the car up after the repair. When I had woken up to the damage, I was shocked and disappointed and having to hunt around to find somewhere to fix the damage was not something you want to do first thing in the morning. However, the staff at Boyd, Rose and Gale, were outstanding and took away the stress and anxiety. The crew there did a great job on the repair and you would never know it to look at the car just how much damaga had been done by the vandals.. I cannot recommend this location highly enough. Whilst I hope never to see them again ( in the nicest possible way) if I had to go back I would, like a shot. Thank you

I would like to convey a special thank you to Scott Anderson and the Boyd Autobody and Glass team in Maple Ridge for their exceptional Service on my recent vehicle repair. The repair that was required on my vehicle was the side mirror due to a hit and run and after I had ordered the parts in, Scott kindly replaced it for me free of charge. I was extremely surprised by their quality of service since I didn't need to make an appointment for my repair and it was completed professionally within 15 minutes. I would definitely return to Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge and would be more that pleased to recommend it to anyone.

I can see! Not only do I have my own car back, but Boyd staff cleaned the windows, inside and out, and vacuumed the inside of the car. I almost feel embarrassed about the shape my car was in when I brought it in (both outside damage and inside clutter), but now I'm just happy at the quality of work, above and beyond the call of duty. My new bumper has been painted to match the sparkly finish of the rest of the car, and nobody needs to know it's the second time around. Except I do want to tell people about the service at Boyd - outstanding! Thank you, Lori

I had only had my brand new 2013 Toyota for 3 weeks when someone hit it in a grocery store parking lot and didn't leave their information. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed and frustrated to be paying my deductible before I had even made my first monthly loan payment. After talking to Wendy at Boyd on Sooke Road, I had calmed down quite a bit as she reassured me that they would be able to fix the scratches and dents as soon as possible. I have nothing but positive feedback for Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road. They were professional, efficient, friendly and kept me feeling confident that they were going to restore my brand new car back to it's original state. Having a courtesy car to help me get around during the repair added peace of mind to the entire experience. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone and everyone!
