Fantastic service! Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was very fast and done well. I especially appreciate that my car was washed AND vacuumed inside. Thank you Boyd!! I hope never to need autobody repair again, but if I do I will choose Boyd.

Amazing experience. The people at this shop were all pleasant, polite and helpful even when I freaked out a little bit as I was worried about not getting my car on time (snow was falling and the rental car had no winter tires). They accommodated me and made sure I got my car by the end of the day and never once did they make me feel like I was being a pain. My car was fixed properly and it was cleaned!!!! I can't remember the last time it was so nice looking inside and out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to all! You made a bad situation so much easier to deal with :)

Rishi and his team are phenomenal. Rishi is a extremely knowledgeable leader who put me at ease the minute i spoke to him. He truly is a customer oriented manager and all the small touches he provides show his willingness to win the business and keep it. You are extremely fortunate to have such a gem running the Richmond branch. I plan to recommend Boyd in Rochmond any chance I get in the future. My car came back looking perfect inside and out.

Warmly greeted at reception and staff was very quick to complete the glass repair estimate. Car rental from Enterprise was also prompt. In about 15-20 min I was off in a rental car. Excellent follow up by e-mail and phone on status of repairs. They allowed me to pick up my vehicle over the weekend even though they are closed. Great to deal with Boyd Autobody.

I took my moms car here to get some bodywork done on her Honda Civic. Rishi Bakshi helped me out from the beginning. He was very helpful, knowledgable and honest. I am very detailed and pick places like this very carefully. Rishi also gave me an option of taking a look at other body shops around the area to get comparable rates and his was the cheapest. He had my moms car for about 2 days. Everything was done as promised with the price as promised. The car looks brand new. He also offered to do some extra work on my own car as customer service. 5 Stars. Definitely will recommend to others in the future.

I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the service provided. After reporting the collision to my insurance company I told them which shop i would like to take my ca to - i received a call from Boyd Autobody within 30 mins to set up an appointment with me - which was awesome. I dropped my car off after work on a Monday - they waited for me as i got there very close to closing - and took the time to go over everything with me. I got regular updates on the status of my car and the following Friday I had my car back. Wendy @ Boyd also took the time to look up the number for Aviva insurance as I had some questions about my policy and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through what to find out for future reference. I would like to thank and commend Rose, Robin, Mandy and anyone and everyone that had anything to do with my repair at Boyd. The work was flawless and very quick. They went over and above for me. The lined me up with a rental which was also very quick and painless. Thanks again to you all and hope each of you has a great holiday season. Hopeful I never have to see any of you again :)

The service I received with at this location was phenomenal. Robin was excellent to deal with and had my vehicle repaired in 1 day. The bumper was preordered and painted. I brought my vehicle in at 8 am and by the end of the day my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service I received from Robin was exceptional. If I require any future repairs this Boyds location will be my first choice. I will certainly recommend this location to my friends and family.
