Thank you to Boyd in richmond for all of you help with my BMW X5 glass repair. Thanks to Rishi Bakshi the manager for taking my vehicle in after the store is closed. He let me drop the truck very late to his shop. I will tell others who need to fix their car to go to this bodyshop because of very good work and service.

Work completed was a simple interior/exterior detail job. All work was completed satisfactary. I am especially appreciative of the attention paid to bumper scratch which buffed out. Plus free valet service to a personal appointment, which included drop off of my vehicle. Thank you.

I would like to thank Boyd in Richmond on behalf of my dad. He took his BMW 750i to Rishi there as a reccommendation from the golf club to have his windshield changed. Not only did Rishi and his team do a great job on the windshield but he personally picked up the car from our house and took it to his shop. The service was great and the car came back looking like new with the tires cleaned. We will reccomend this shop to our family and friends. Thanks Rishi and thanks to Boyd.

Dear Sir, This morning i took my car into maple Ridge Boyd .I spoke to Jeff who was fantastic.I had attempted to drive my husbands dodge ram into a low level car park, resulting in scratches to the roof and two dents.Jeff listened to my concerns of taking my dilemma to the car insurance company and suggested he try and buff some of the scratches to see if he could get rid of them.He has done this pretty successfully as well as take out some dints.he was friendly, professional and he has saved me alot of time and effort trying to do this through CDI.Please thank him again.I will be recommending your company to friends for the highly professional job Jeff did today. the staff from the moment i walked in were very friendly and helpful...i had almost no info about my claim but the girl that helped me was very good and was able to process my claim. when i eventually picked up my car, Rishi the manager was there(on a saturday.WOW) to deliver my car. WOW! what a job and the car wash was a nice surprise. Great experience!

I would like to thank Boyd's Richmond for getting me my Jeep Liberty back together. I was in an accident and my car was with them for 18 days! Matt was awesome to deal with! He always took the time to keep me informed of how and where my car was in the system. I am in the customer service industry as well and know how important it is to keep my customers in the loop. My Jeep came back cleaner than when they got it, which is most appreciated! I would not hesitate to recomend this Boyd's to anyone! Great job!
