My car was repaired (bumper/fender etc. replaced.) speedily, looks great and was ready when promised. Having given B old A & B more business than I care to remember over the past many years, I am always impressed by the courtesy and good humour of the reception, management and other staff. somehow you manage to make a driver who has scraped the garage door, or missed a curb, or done some else incredibly foolish -- feel better than they did when first coming in to your office! Thank you for all that and for your good work!

Rose was awesome. I told her I would really appreciate my window to be replaced within a day because my wife needed the car for the kids activities and school. And she delivered (I'm sure she worked hard behind the scene to make it happen). Plus she was super friendly.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, it was my first accident and they were very helpful. They had a courtesy car ready for me, and kept me updated on the repairs. They replaced the rear bumper and matched it perfectly to my cars colour. It was finished earlier than they expected (they phoned me in the morning to let me know I could pick it up in the afternoon) and when I picked it up, it was as clean as it was the day I bought it, inside and out (and it was definitely not clean when I dropped it off)! As a single mom, it was super easy and convenient for me to coordinate drop off and pick-up and having a clean car again was such a wonderful surprise.

Best Customer Service ! The staff Darcy, Susan and Brandon in the office were just amazing at getting my car looking brand new again ! The body shop did a "Bang Up" (no pun intended) Job. I highly recommend going to Boyd Auto Shop should you ever need body work done. Katie

WOW.... these guys are good. I recently was involved in an accident where my car was rear ended. I had it towed to Boyd Richmond and they took care of the rest. Paolo and his team were courteous, professional and understanding of my requests and expectations throughout the repair process. I was kept informed during the repairs and always knew what stage my vehicle was at. I happened to stop in for a visit during the repairs and the team explained to me the factory specified process and tools they would be using to fix my car. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond to cover my car up and protect it while it was in the shop and they fixed up and old scrape on the front bumper for me.
