March 31/2017 I recently had my Honda Odyssey Van repaired at Boyd Autobody in Victoria BC for a significant amount of front end damage. My insurance company had recommended this company to me. I was very pleased to discover that the service was professional and courteous and the repair work was done promptly and efficiently. They did provide a comfortable newer model courtesy vehicle which I used throughout the repair period. Regarding my Odyssey van, it was over 10 years of age, and there was some question if the residual vehicle value as estimated by the insurance company would be less than the cost of repair. Regardless, as it turned out, much to my satisfaction, I have my vehicle back in excellent repair and good working condition. When my insurance company recommended Boyd to me, I wondered why they would recommend this particular ... company. One thing they did point out to me was the Lifetime Guarantee regarding the repairs that were done. Perhaps they have other reasons of there own, but I will say, I found my experience with this Boyd location and the people I encountered to be as straight forward and uncomplicated as could be expected after an unfortunate accident. In summary, if you do happen to deal with this location, I hope they will treat you as well as they did me. Yes, I would recommend this shop to my friends, but in honesty I would add that it is the only encounter I have had with Boyd. Just got my car back and it looks great. The shop even stayed open late when I got caught in traffic and couldn't make it there before closing time. The guys were great and had everything ready when picking up and shopping off the courtesy car. Good job.

My parents car had their back widow smashed and bumper vandalized one night. I called Boyd and they took really good care of them. They helped them out with their rental car and walked them through the insurance claim as well. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Paolo and his team at the Richmond location have earned our business for life.

My car was involved in an accident in March. From start to finish, my contact with Boyd's Autobody was top notch. Jesse took excellent care of all paperwork and communication. He was clear with instructions and always answered my questions like a professional. Very courteous, he obviously knows his job well and set me up with a prompt rental. I felt I was in good hands with him taking care of every detail. Many thanks to Jesse as well as to Jon and Fernando for making the entire situation stress free. Everyone does their part so well! My car looks AMAZING! I will always go to Boyd's for any required work and will highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I have been to Boyd's Richmond location on 2 occasions and am extremely thankful and highly impressed by the the flawless work and excellent service of Paulo and his team. Everything from setting up an appointment and making arrangements for a courtesy car to picking up my beautifully repaired vehicle on the date promised was easy and stress free. I recommend Boyd Autobody and Glass to everyone!
