I have never had to deal with icbc, or an auto body place for an accident. I was already devastated to find out my car was hit while I was inside a store shopping, let alone now dealing with icbc,the repairs, how I was going to get to work in the meantime, and who to trust to fix my car. I was referred to pick Boyd by family, and I was so happy I did. I just got home with my car, and it looks amazing. I had no idea how much care they'd put into my car! It's washed, it's detailed, and the repairs look even better than I could have hoped for. It looks better than the day I bought it! JB, Sue, and Darcy were so kind and helpful from day one (and I was a stresscase over all of this!) JB was my main contact and told me not to stress. He contacted my adjuster numerous times for me so I could just get to work and focus on that, and on days off, ... have no worries with dealing with my car. I am so beyond happy with their care, customer service, the work, and even just having them tell me everything going to be OK as a friend would, im beyond impressed. Even the staff helping move my car and giving me the courtesy car always had a smile when I'd walk in. read more

I had my windshield replaced and body & paint work done on my hood & tailgate. The workmanship was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. The manager Paolo and the receptionist Samantha were both commendable. I would highly recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass for any glass or body work.

Excellent service! The damage was vandalism from a thrown rock. I was treated with prompt service from both Intact and the wonderful service team at Boyd. The repair is seamless and I have no idea how Boyd worked such magic! Plus, the car was completed ahead of schedule. Thank you everyone. The Jaguar is back in pristine shape!

I spoke to Jb the assistant manager about the damages to my car. He provided excellent service beyond call of duty. He went out of his way to come to my home in Abbotsford, gather some info and take pictures...later that day he called me with a few appointment dates to bring the car in. However it's very difficult for me to get away from work and drive to Maple Ridge...Jb didn't give up there...He offered to meet me at my work at 1030pm on a weekday to make the swap for a courtesy car and sign a few papers. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. You just don't get that kind of first class service anymore. Not only that I was properly informed with updates throughout the week by Darcy & Susan about how the repairs are coming along. When the repairs were completed Jb brought the car back to me to Abbotsford. When I received my car back it had been fully ... detailed. His team did amazing work. I will defiantly be recommending Boyd Autobody to all my friends and family. THANK YOU read more

Even though I have heard the good words from friends about the service from Boyd, the service I got still beyond my expectation: the front desk service Sam has been so knowledgeable and work so quick! Joseph has called me several times keeping me updated; The manager has helped to arrange the courtesy car. ...more importantly the car turned out like brand new after the hard work from Rey Gelladuga ! The superb experience from the beginning to the end has eliminated the pain of getting into an car accident ! I have no hesitation to recommend this work shop to my friends and relatives when they needed. Thank you so much for everyone for doing such a great job!!!
