I initially brought my Jeep in for auto body work, followed by auto glass replacement. Larry M. far exceeded customer expectations by going the extra mile to accommodate my busy travel schedule with drop off and pick up at the Abbotsford Airport- early morning and late evening as a customer courtesy well beyond the normal business expectations of most corporations. In addition, the workmanship, professionalism, and customer first attitude are exemplary and representative of a tier 1 service provider. Thank you Boyd for your exceptional service!

Went in for glass chip repair. Reception (Samantha) was very courteious and helpful. The technician was done very quickly." and did a good job. They asked that I return to get windshield replaced when needed and I surely will. Will remember for future glass and autobody work and certainly recommend Boyd.

Rose and the team at Boyd did an amazing job replacing my rear window after a break in. Two days before the Easter long weekend and Boyd found the parts and replaced my window the next day. Cleaned out the broken glass and washed the car too! Easy, straightforward, quality repairs and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Normally internal feedback isn't regarded as valid, however I thought in this case it was very valid and important for me to relay my experience. As a former tech I have never allowed anyone to fix any of my cars before, this was the first time I had to do so and was very reluctant. I must say that the repairs themselves were the best I have seen, having reviewed thousands of repairs and claims over the years, North America wide this to me is a very impactful statement. The finish and workmanship inside the trunk area was a factory original as the outside. I can honestly say I could have not done a better job myself. The other WOW is that the Manager Darcy was away on vacation when this process started and to his credit, the system and culture built into this location was such that everyone knew exactly what do to, what the expectation ... was and wasn't imperative that Darcy be here in order for everything to run smoothly. This has always been one of my greatest measures of success, how well does your staff perform in your absence. In this case it was a perfect score and those that know me know that I don't give these out easily, actually if ever. Thanks for an exceptional job. read more

Service was first class. Th customer service staff went over my damage and told me exactly what would be done and then when I received my car atfter the work was done, again every detail of the work done was went over with me.
