We have used Boyds Auto-Body on Sooke Road in Langford for all of our auto-body needs since we've lived in Victoria. And even though we recently moved from the west shore to downtown, I still returned to this location for a new windshield I needed after being damaged by a rock. Chris and his team are very professional, do exceptionally skilled work on body work and their customer service is so amazing it makes the usual hassle and frustration (when dealing with auto work), a lot less stressful. We will continue to go back to this location for any auto body needs in the future. Worth the drive from downtown Victoria!

This is my second time going to Boyd for services. Both times I have been rear ended and Boyd has been my top choice for my repairs. The first time was a fender bender and they set me up with a car and finished the repairs in a timely manner. Wendy, Chris, Jason (and the rest of the staff) are efficient, helpful and know how to deliver great customer service. Because of that experience, when my second accident happened there was no question who I was going to go to. I choose Boyd. Thanks once again to the Boyd team. Unfortunately the damage was too much this time and the car is now gone. Even in this situation where Boyd was not doing the repairs, they still went above and beyond helping set up car services, help on getting connected with the people to help with the process. I had a vandalism of my passenger window and windshield. I was dealt with courteously, promptly and most fairly by Boyd at w. 73rd Vancouver. The operations manager Robin Soni & the asst. mgr. Gale Mandla did the intake and insurance part of my claim with patience and professionalism (and good humour). The shop did an excellent job, new windshield, new passenger window expertly installed including the electronics of a new rear view mirror, their crew vacuumed up the broken glass , and the entire car. This whole operation from start to finish took less than 24 hours. This was outstanding service done a most reasonable rate. This is a skookum outfit.

Robin did an excellent job of serving me from start to finish. Not only was his price the lowest of the five places I phoned, but he did what he promised to do when he promised to do it, despite being extremely busy. To top things off, even though it was only a window replacement, they washed and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the car! (Much appreciated as I had just been to the dump!)

I was very impressed with friendly and efficient service at Boyd. From the prompt reply to my online quote inquiry, to the installation of a new windshield. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the final bill was exactly as quoted. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! I would highly recommend Boyd at 73 Ave.
