This is my second time going to Boyd for services. Both times I have been rear ended and Boyd has been my top choice for my repairs. The first time was a fender bender and they set me up with a car and finished the repairs in a timely manner. Wendy, Chris, Jason (and the rest of the staff) are efficient, helpful and know how to deliver great customer service. Because of that experience, when my second accident happened there was no question who I was going to go to. I choose Boyd. Thanks once again to the Boyd team. Unfortunately the damage was too much this time and the car is now gone. Even in this situation where Boyd was not doing the repairs, they still went above and beyond helping set up car services, help on getting connected with the people to help with the process. I had a vandalism of my passenger window and windshield. I was dealt with courteously, promptly and most fairly by Boyd at w. 73rd Vancouver. The operations manager Robin Soni & the asst. mgr. Gale Mandla did the intake and insurance part of my claim with patience and professionalism (and good humour). The shop did an excellent job, new windshield, new passenger window expertly installed including the electronics of a new rear view mirror, their crew vacuumed up the broken glass , and the entire car. This whole operation from start to finish took less than 24 hours. This was outstanding service done a most reasonable rate. This is a skookum outfit.

Robin did an excellent job of serving me from start to finish. Not only was his price the lowest of the five places I phoned, but he did what he promised to do when he promised to do it, despite being extremely busy. To top things off, even though it was only a window replacement, they washed and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the car! (Much appreciated as I had just been to the dump!)

I was very impressed with friendly and efficient service at Boyd. From the prompt reply to my online quote inquiry, to the installation of a new windshield. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the final bill was exactly as quoted. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! I would highly recommend Boyd at 73 Ave.

I've been using Boyd Autobody for years (since it was originally just Dean Bros.). I recently had some work done on my car from an ICBC claim. I just wanted to let you know the service was, as usual, brilliant! The staff is helpful and friendly, the repairs are done quickly and the bodywork is outstanding. I will not hesitate to come back in the future. (although I hope I don't need to!)

I brought my truck the morning after it was broken into with not only a broken window but significant damage done done to the mechanics of the door. Gale and his team got everything repaired inside 36 hours and had my truck back to me before long weekend! These guys are real pros!!

Ihad minor body work done after my car had been broken into and everyone that I came in contact with could not have been more helpful.Joseph was cheerful,clear in all his explanations of what would be done,what I would have to pay,and when work would be completed.It all made a stressful situation almost pleasant and I would recommend Boyd to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle Thanks.

I couldn't be any happier with the service I received. The repair was completed on time PLUS the whole inside and outside of my vehicle had been cleaned! I had some difficulty with the rental company and Boyd even offered to make that right as well. Great job all around!!!! I have already recommended this location to another business.
