I was rear ended recently, and had damage to my rear bumper. I was given a list of repair shops from ICBC, and decided to go with Boyd on John St., Victoria, as they are close to where I work. I was pleased with the friendly, and courteous staff who booked my appointment sooner than I expected. They took care of all the paper work, and provided me with a clean courtesy car, so I could get home. The work was performed flawlessly, and ready sooner than I expected. I cannot tell that there was ever any damage to my bumper. It looks better than new! 'Great job' to the body man. Not only did they provide the repair service, but they detailed the entire vehicle! I was impressed with boyd, but I wasn't super happy with their only Vancouver location as I live in East Van, and work Downtown. However, I still chose them for their reliability and the courtesy car was a huge plus. Gale was friendly and very helpful, and was able to fully explain the logistics and explain anything they were going to do to my Honda Civic.

I was quoted by 3 different locations: Kirmac, Speedy and Boyd. Although for a new glass, they all came with similar quotations, Rose K. at Boyd took it upon herself to call multiple suppliers in the city and seek a piece of glass that was more in line with my price range. She also gave me advice about what to do and talked me through the situation. Service on 07/28/2015. Timeliness was excellent. Car was brought back in immaculate condition. Boyd was great! Would come back!
