My daughter used their services once for a broken window after a break-in and another time when my car's fender had a minor damage, the Manager took care of the fender in less than 10 minutes without any charges (a body shop nearby quoted for $800 to repair???). Both times, they did great work with utmost professionalism. My first experience here was so good so when my car needed to be repaired I went straight here again. The repairs done were Awesome! Staffs are professional and courteous and put me at-ease with the whole process with insurance claim as well as damage at my own cost. Joseph was able to quickly give me an estimate which I was very pleased with. WONDERFUL GARAGE, SUPERB SERVICE, AND GENUINE KIND CARING PEOPLE AND HONEST FAIR PRICES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I finally found a body shop worth going to. Thanks!

All the staff I had contact with were amazing - polite, competent, professional, organized and all promises met. I find it rare in service industries today to have everything completed as promised and in a timely manner. They also spruced up a couple of parking lot scuffs at no charge making my car look new again. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone requiring autobody work.

The service that I received by the Assistant Manager Navin L, was impeccable. I had dealt with him at his previous location in New West. I had gone there initially and heard that he had gone to the Maple Ridge Location. I remembered his first class service that I received from him then and made that extra effort to go out to Maple Ridge and deal with him again. He explained everything in terms that was easy to understand and was with me until the end. He gave me undivided attention thru out the whole process and kept me informed as time went along. and made me feel like he actually appreciated my business. The service was quick easy and more or less painless. I received my vehicle back better brighter and it looked even better then the first day off the lot Thank you for your amazing job and for going that extra mile. My car was damaged while I was in the grocery store and needed repairs. I took it into Boyd that is close by my house. They are fantastic!! They set up the rental car form me and kept me informed of how long the car would be in the shop. The best part is that they cleaned the inside and out!! Having a toddler and newborn my car needed a clean. Crumbs and sand all gone and clean!! Thank you!!

Service was incredible. I talked to Rose K on Friday. She placed the order for my new windshield and had it there Monday morning. I was shocked because I expected it to come much later in the week, but not only was it there early, she phoned me to let me know it would be done today. And when she found out my business was close to your shop, she dropped the car off for me (which I had not asked for). But she arrived with paperwork on Monday at 3:30pm to my business door. I live in South Surrey and this have opened this new business last year, so it was the first time I had used Boyd in a few years. I was very impressed and will not only return for any autobody or glass business but I will also send other business there.
