BC - 2663 Sooke Rd, Langford - 6/15/15
I was still feeling shaken up and worried after my car accident so I was somewhat unsure of how things worked to get my car repaired. I have to say the Wendy was a star and basically, held me by the hand and took me step by step what needed to be done. Jamie was so kind and called me back with further information when he said he would. This kind of Customer Service is very hard to find. I must say, I applaude the professionalism they all exude there. Brave - job well done. Keep up the good work!!!

I"ve been to Boyd twice now for an accident and for a new windshield. My experience both times were extremely satisfactory. My last incident I went to Sooke Rd I was served by Jamie again. He again was extremely helpful, fast and friendly. Helping me was also Wendy, who was extremely helpful when it came to figuring out my insurance part of my accident. Thank you Jamie and Wendy!

The work on my car was exceptional and it was nice to get it back detailed. The service was beyond excellent, friendly, and very helpful. I will use this shop for any body work I need and will tell everyone of the great work.

I brought my vehicle in because the rear wheel fender was coming off. I didn't realize that I had arrived after the shop was closed but the door was open & I talked to Joseph who was kind enough to come out & look at my car & tell me what needed to be done. I took my car in for the scheduled appointment which I must say was arranged according to my schedule. The repair didn't take too long & looked great. Joseph was very wonderful to deal with & was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the good service that I received.

Awesome service! Darcy was so helpful finding the glass replacement for my rear view mirror. Super friendly location and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. It's really rare to find customer service like this anymore so well done!

I have been doing customer service evaluations ( secret shopping ) for several large companies in the Victoria and surrounding area for about 12 years, so I have become very observant when dealing with retail sales and service providers in the fast food and auto service industries. This particular shopping experience was excellent. This rating was partly established from observing the appearance, dress, attitude, professionalism, and friendliness of the individuals that I dealt with; Wendy and Chris. As well, I noted shop appearance, cleanliness, neatness, and timeliness. The actual job was discussed in advance with me, and the eventual examination of the finished product was explained in detail. I had my 2015 Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd in Richmond recently. The experience I had with Samantha, Joseph, and Paolo was fantastic. They were professional and friendly from the beginning, and prompt to keep me updated with the status of the repair. The worksmanship was spectacular. A day after I had gotten my car back, I noticed a small paint chip on my door which may or may not have had happened in the shop. I brought the car back the day after to have it looked at because the spot had started to oxidize. Boyd touched it up with no charge. Thank you guys for your wonderful service!

Robin S. managed my case at Boyd Vancouver and he was outstanding. My car was damaged a day before I left for a 2 week vacation. Despite my being abroad, Robin provided regular and useful updates via email and this continued upon my return. I never had to chase for information or updates and the car was returned to me as promised by Robin and in excellent condition. Very happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from Robin was some of the best I've ever had. I will not hesitate to return to Boyd Vancouver and recommend Robin and his team to friends.
