Another fantastic experience with Robin and his crew. They washed my car several days before I even brought it in for repairs simply because it was dirty. He then coordinated with my assistant to have my car repaired while I was away on a business trip. When it was done, he dropped the key off at my office so I could have it when I returned late on a Friday night. Over the top service... and much appreciated. I will continue to recommend Robin and Boyd to my friends whenever they have a need.

This is the second time I have gone to Boyd Autobody in Richmond. The service is fantastic and the repairs were both above and beyond what I expected. This is a first class place and I would highly recommended to anyone needing car repairs.

A streak of bad luck ended when I made contact with the team at Boyd Autobody. From the first encounter there, I knew I was in good hands. I called Boyd as an inquiry hours before I arrived and when I entered the office, they used my name and remembered my story. The personal approach continued as Gale reviewed the damage to the car. It was extensive and our car was old. Gale was so personable and supportive, but also straight forward with the issues at hand. From there, Gale handled the paperwork with the insurance company accurately and quickly so the work started imminently. My F350 needed a windshield replaced, but the insurance company had an exclusion on my policy, one I did not know about. Wendy from Boyd immediately brought this to my attention. At the end of the day, it was all sorted out & the job was completed & covered. Thank you Wendy for your quick response on my behalf & thank you Boyd Auto Body for an amazing job & professional service. My truck came out vacuumed, washed & looking like new. Great job, Wendy, Jamie & Chris. Boyd Auto Body is the only place I will use for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

I made the mistake after my car accident to have my car repaired at a shop in Langley. The shop did a terrible repair job and also could/would not fix the water leak and the drivers seat and head rest. I am so thankful to Larry and the team at Boyd for taking the time to actually fix my car. Larry noticed the list of problems I had with the original repairs right away. My car looks fantastic!! Next time I need help with a repair, Boyd will be my first stop. Thank you again!!
