Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service here. From the lady who took my booking/payment to the guys who did the walk around and the work. My car looks amazing. They even cleaned it and changed out one of my burnt headlights, not on the work order for either, nor was I charged. Amazing customer service and workmanship. I would recommend Boyd's 1000 times over. Thanks for everything!

I always get great service from Boyd, the staff are very friendly and make me feel very welcome, they have even gone out of their way to fix damage on my car that was not their responsibility or concern. I couldn't ask for better people or company to take care of my car.

This is the very first Body work I've ever had done on any vehicle I've ever owned. I take very good care of my vehicles and was somewhat concerned that my car would never look the same after coming out of the body shop, going by past stories from friends and family who've had auto body work done on their vehicles in the past. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked up my car today. First and foremost I received nothing but the most pleasant customer service I've received in a long time. I also couldn't believe how quickly the work on my car was completed. Within one day of dropping my car off, I was picking it up. Accidents are always an inconvenience, but from the time we phone our Insurance Claims Department and they booked the appointment for us to take the vehicle in for an estimate. I went to this location because someone had vandalized my car that morning and the side mirror was hanging off my car. These guys are amazing- they helped me temporarily fix it right away and offered assistance on how to go about fixing it. REPAIR EXP = TOO FAST , OVER DONE ( even some scratches not ment to be repaired they simply do ) STAFF EXP = TERIBLY AWSOME ^_ / VERY DEDICATED / SMOOTHLY WELL ORGANIZE / TRULY PUNCTUAL ( you can be done as early as they're still closed, staff will also help you out... Funny, i see my self done even though they're still close^_ ). TOTAL EXP = THE BEST

Came in to get an estimate for a small cosmetic fix on my BMW...other places would not even do it. They looked at it fixed it on the spot and their was not even a charge at all...I am blown away with all the amazing customer service. The technician was JOSE and he was incredible!!! :)

We have used this auto body shop in the past and we have always been happy. This time was no different. I inspected the quality of work done and again it is almost perfect. The car took a lot longer then the original "6 days" we were quoted but at the end of the day it was the fault of the people supplying the parts. I think 4 hoods needed to be ordered, everyone one of them coming in damaged, and I believe a headlight also took weeks to come in. Communication between Boyd's and myself was great, they kept me updated weekly and at times daily, this kind of service is much appreciated. Overall I am very happy with my experience, I would use Boyd's again and I would recommend them to anyone.
