I recently brought my car in for hail repair at Boyd Autobody & Glass (64 Crowfoot Circle NW), and I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the professionalism of their team. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The hail damage was expertly repaired, and my vehicle looked as good as new. After picking up my car, I noticed a scratch that hadn't been there before. Instead of dismissing my concern, the team took immediate responsibility and resolved the issue promptly. General Manager Stephen personally ensured the scratch was fixed to my satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer care that truly sets this shop apart. I was also impressed by the customer service provided by Sara(h), who was attentive, and communicative, making sure I felt valued as a client. The ... finishing touch was a freshly cleaned car-I appreciate the thoughtful detail, which made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this Boyd Autobody shop for their top-notch body work and outstanding customer service. I want to take this opportunity based on our experience to highly recommend and give shout out to "Body Autobody & Glass" located at 109 - 64 Crowfoot Cir N.W. Calgary Ab. My husband's Black Toya Tacoma truck was involved in an accident in Dec. 2024. Our team was very professional and superb to deal with. Our team members consisted primarily of - Sara, Cody and Scott. In our opinion, we feel that this team is certainly "Client Focused". Cody D, who is was our estimator was excellent and his quote very much in line with what the cost was when we picked up the truck after the repairs had been done. He made sure that we were satisfied with the work that had been done. Scott their auto body spray painter is a magician. The repair was a perfect match to the rest of the truck. This is very hard to do as black is ... difficult to work with. The company must believe that their front office personal is very important and of course they are correct in the position. Sara makes you feel very welcomed and her charming personality puts you at ease within minutes. From the front desk to the manager, the service here was fantastic. I went in to get a quote for some scratches and left with my car looking brand new. I don't even think I will use the quotes. The buffed out the scratches on the car and the wheel wells and did not charge me anything!!! What a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much!

This was my second time using Boyd Autobody, and once again, they exceeded my expectations with exceptional service and top-quality work. This time around, I was paying out of pocket and didn't have a rental car covered by insurance. With my daily commute to work taking nearly two hours each way on public transit, it was a tough situation. When I shared this with the team at Boyd Crowfoot, they were incredibly understanding and genuinely empathetic. Without hesitation, they went out of their way to help and arranged a rental vehicle for me-something they absolutely didn't have to do. It's rare to find a business that truly cares about its customers, but Boyd Crowfoot is one of those rare gems. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction have made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend them to anyone in need ... of autobody repairs! I went to get an estimate on some front bumper damage. Rowel checked it out and was able to snap the bumper back in. He confirmed there is still damage but I'm okay to use the vehicle without the $3000 repair. Very happy about this.
