From the front desk to the manager, the service here was fantastic. I went in to get a quote for some scratches and left with my car looking brand new. I don't even think I will use the quotes. The buffed out the scratches on the car and the wheel wells and did not charge me anything!!! What a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much!

I went to get an estimate on some front bumper damage. Rowel checked it out and was able to snap the bumper back in. He confirmed there is still damage but I'm okay to use the vehicle without the $3000 repair. Very happy about this.

Absolutely the best service ever. Dianne at the front desk was fantastic. She said- Don't worry we gotcha - and she meant it!!! They truly took care of getting me home and arranging a rental promptly. Michael took the time to explain the entire repair of my vehicle and assured me it would be done as fast as possible. As promised I have my vehicle back with a perfect repair not to mention the best warranty possible'!! I will use them for every repair in the future. Trust me , call them and you will not be sorry.

I had a minor repair scheduled and was prepared to leave my car for the morning however the work was completed within 1/2 an hour! The manager, Steve, went out of his way to have the work completed on the spot and had my car washed as well. I was very pleased with the service I received and the cost was way under what the dealership quoted. I would definitely recommend getting work done at this facility.

I had glass work and autobody work done. In a world where customer service has all but disappeared, the staff at Boyds autobody go above and beyond. From the gentleman who did my estimate, to the young man who drove me home because I didn't have a ride, to the young lady who kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, thank you so much for the awesome service. I don't remember the last time I was looked after so well. Thank you, the car looks brand new and also a big thank you to whoever detailed it. I recommend you to anyone and I hope I never have to but would certainly be a return customer if necessary.
