At Boyd's, I received excellent service on my lime green SUV passenger side doors (which, I'm sure, were not easy to match the colour). The estimate quote was $1,000 cheaper than two other quotes I received. I was thrilled. Bianca went out of her way to locate a certain part for my SUV. I felt great being greeted by Katie in the office and on the phone. My SUV looks like new. I'm so happy for the staff, estimators and techies at Boyd's on 32nd and highly recommend that you take your vehicle to them. The inside of my SUV was even cleaned. After a parking mishap - too high curb, too low car - my front bumper was left hanging. I drove to Boyd Autobody in Crowfoot hoping to get an appointment ASAP. Cory, the Estimator, immediately took a look, asked me for my keys, and invited me to have a seat in the waiting room. In less than 15 minutes he returned and said it was fixed. Kiera had reconnected the bumper perfectly. When I asked how much I owed the response was 'No charge'. Unbelievable service! I will be recommending Boyd's in Crowfoot to all my friends and will never go anywhere else myself. Thank-you Cody and Kiera!

Every staff member we chatted to gave us excellent results. So far everything was done to perfection and or explained. Not our intention to get hit and run, in a parking lot. My husband's Black Toya Tacoma truck was involved in an accident in Dec. 2024. Our team was very professional and superb to deal with. Our team members consisted primarily of - Sara, Cody and Scott. In our opinion, we feel that this team is certainly "Client Focused". Cody D, who is was our estimator was excellent and his quote very much in line with what the cost was when we picked up the truck after the repairs had been done.
