I had Randy G. as my appraiser, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave me estimates for an accident that happened a while ago that I needed for selling my car, and he also gave me advice on how much he thinks I should sell it for, and a good website to calculate that information. He also helped remove a scratch on the paint. He was really friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable and happy afterwards. I will definitely come back if I need auto body or glass repair.

Brought my gfs car in because her trunk wont open, they managed to get it working and didn't charge me anything because it was an electrical problem. Super nice, friendly and wicked service. Thank you guys again!

Good service and communication. The staff knows what they are doing, very polite, nice and on time. I received a call from Boyd, few minutes after I received a go signal from my insurance, to arrange my appointment and the car I will be using while my car is in the shop. Few hours after leaving the shop, they called to update me about my concerns, there comments about the damage and duration of the repair. They informed me that the pick up time is 4 hours after. Nice, I have time to drop off the rented car.

Just want to say Thank you for the great service. My Toyota looks brand new again... and it is a 2003. So appreciated the friendly professional staff that delivered frequent progress updates, the thoroughness of the work and care taken to get my car back on the road. The car rental company that was selected didn't turn out so well, (though I don't see this as something Boyd's can control) yet, again a staff member ( sorry I can't recall the name... maybe Dave?or Jim?) was able to help to get some things straightened out. I would highly recommend Boyd's to anyone I know who requires auto body work. Thank you to everyone. cheers

I pulled in to the shop and asked if someone could take a look at my bumper on my Escalade as someone had rubbed against it with their vehicle and there was a black mark. Randy took it in the shop and came back 5 minutes later with it rubbed off and a little dab of paint so you could hardly tell that there was a problem. I was so surprised that he had done that and didn't even charge me. Thank you so much Randy, if only dealers were as gracious and service minded as you guys.
