Every one was super helpful. Nice staff members. My whip was fixed in no time. They did a professional job on it. It looks like nothing happened to it. After today, there is no other auto body repair shop that we will use or recommend! Aly went out of his way to receive me without an appointment and took the time to resolve my inquiry in a manner that made my jaw drop! BOYD just raised the bar! Absolutely phenomenal! These guys went above and beyond - so thrilled with the service, attention to detail and communication. Truly exceptional. My truck was done quickly, very high quality repair work and zero headache. Worked with Intact to ensure things went smoothly for me, booked my rental and even worked with another Boyd location to transfer the file when I was unhappy with the service at the other location. I'd never made an insurance claim before, so was stressed about the process and that my truck would not be pre-hit & run condition. These guys made it a breeze. Especially Alykhan who was a phenomenal communicator and truly made me feel at ease.

Wow what an experience! Unfortunately I have visited a number of auto body shops over the years in Edmonton and Calgary and this is by far the best place for exceptional customer service, quality of repairs and a clean waiting area. I was not expecting such top notch customer service (regular proactive calls from pleasant, professional staff from 3 different staff members), detailing inside my vehicle and great work. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others!

Excellent customer service very friendly and fast . They phoned me every couple days to keep me in touch and also to give me the details of the progress. The shop did an excellent 5 out of 5 rating to the repairs and also emailed me with step by step pictures of the tear down. My vehicle was cleaned inside and outside beyond expectations. I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to use this body shop. Thanks for all your hard work!

I just dropped in to this location to get an estimate for a minor job (install new hood liner). Estimator Alykhan was so friendly and helpful. He suggested an easier way to do it, had a tech come out to look at it, and they actually just glued it in for me right in the parking lot - no charge. Great people!

Hello, I just wanted to pass on my experience that I had today at one of you locations. The service that I received was AWESOME!! I had just had my car appraised at another shop and the quote was 2100.00. I came to Boyd early and was taken in right away. The estimator Alykhan help me and he was able to buff out 90% of the damage, no problem. He was more than happy to do it and it was done at no charge. The honesty, integrity and enthusiasm that Alykhan has is not seen very often these days. (I know, I work in a big box store as a manager) He is truly an asset to your company and a great person to deal with. I will have no problem sharing this experience to others. He is a great employee and a star. Thank you!!
