I've got an excellent and fastest service I've ever seen which gave me a great impression. I brought my car to BOYD at 7:30 a.m., and I got the phone call from BOYD around 1 p.m. at same day. They told me my car was already ready to pick up. I was really surprised how fast it is. When I got there around 1:30 p.m., my car was already repaired and cleaned perfectly. All staff were super kind, especially the staff who charged me was really friendly. I should have known his name. He was extremely hospitable, and explained everything very clearly. The process of a car renting was also very convenient. I was waiting just a few minute in the BOYD office, and the staff from Enterprise was coming and driving me to their office and I got the renter car. I would really love to appreciate that I got great service there. Thank you.

The friendly production manager at this location guided me through the process, and set up an appointment in a timely manner. They washed my car before an inspection of existing conditions. I had the windshield replaced in less than 4 hours. I would recommend this location to others.

The team was awesome. The process of having my windshield repaired was quick and very straightforward. Everyone in the office was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely be returning here for my auto body needs!

The service I received from start to finish was phenomenal! Mark, the Production Manager was thorough, friendly, and very efficient! I will be sure to tell friends and family about the service and if they need any work done on their vehicles to go to Boyd AutoBody and Glass! Went in to have a rear tire cover put on my 2005 CRV. They were very friendly and efficient. By the time i was able to get a coffee the repairs were done and the car had been inspected. The paper work was half done and i was out the door in 20 minutes. Perfect experience.

Really friendly, helpful staff that take time to explain everything to you. My repairs were faster then I thought, plus they gave my car a free clean and car wash which I really appreciated.

The service I have received from Bob, Teresa and Michael has been excellent. Today I had a windshield replaced and it was done an hour before promised and the care was cleaned! In the past, I have had a numbers of small issues and Bob made certain I was well looked after! Thanks for the great service once again. Needless to say, I recommend Boyd on Henderson to anyone I know that need autobody or glass repair!

Had my van in for replacement windshield. Called in the am and had appt within 3 hours. Was able to leave the vehicle over night and pick up the next day at 9 am. The staff and service was amazing. Clarissa was excellent . Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Give her a raise!!!! I would rate the experience 20 out of 10. I highly recommend this location. Tks so much

I went to the glass repair location at Pembina Crossing today. The young man that did the repair on my windshield was very polite and professional. Sorry I did not find out his name. But he deserves a Bouquet for excellent customer service!

I would like to acknowledge David B. location manager, for his very excellent customer service. It would have been closer for me to go to the Scurfield location but I chose to go to the King Edward location strictly because of David being there. He has excellent people skills and truly understands the meaning of customer service. He is a big asset to the company and is always a pleasure to do business with.
