The service I received was outstanding! I dropped my car off on Jan 4th at 7:45AM and my rental car (through Enterprise rental) was already there waiting for me. Teresa called me the next day and told me that my car would be ready for me to pick up that day. That was fast! Great job! So convenient! Teresa was so pleasant and very curtious! Thanks!

I took my vehicle in for repairs at Boyd on King Edward for a cracked windshield after last year I had a terrible experience at Birchwood Collision centre on Owen St. The service and quality of work was great, it was done very fast and done properly. I was very impressed with the staff and I would highly recommend anybody to that Boyd location. The manager Dave even personally double checked everything and made sure I was happy with the results. This is what getting your vehicle repaired should be like.

The office manager Mr. Bob was helpful and friendly! Brittany (office personal) was very informed, helpful, friendly, & extremely efficient!! My car was returned to me being washed & vacuumed from a wonderful 'detail person' !! What a delight to have my vehicle shown upmost respect, regardless of it's age!!! What a wonderful experience, I will HIGHLY recommend this location to all that I tell my story to, or those looking for SERVICE!!!!

I had a collision and brought my car to the Boyd Auto body on Scurfield and the customer service at this location is extraordinary!! I cannot express enough how happy I was with the customer service at this location-specifically from Breanne!! My car was written off--which is unfortunate, but my experience with Boyd and everyone there was absolutely delightful. Hopefully I will not need any repairs again any time soon, but if I do I will come back to the Scurfield Boulevard Boyd without hesitation. :)
