Exceptional service, and given the opportunity to go the extra mile, they were on it like white on rice. I previously had a Boyd repair at the portage ave location which was not completed properly, the headlights were lose and not clipped in right. When i asked if they could look into the problem They not only looked they fixed and said have a nice day. They fit my schedule and provided excellent Boyd product support, couldn't ask for more, will use this location for all my auto needs and would recommend it. My service person was the best of the best, if you had 10 of him still wouldn't be enough.

I stopped by the Lakewood location this morning because the molding on my windshield had started to come off and was flapping in the wind. Matthew came out to take a look and said he could take it right in and get it fixed up for me. In less than ten minutes they had re sealed it and had me on my way, free of charge!! I was so impressed with the friendly and professional staff and the speed of service that I will be sure to refer my friends and family to Boyd. Thank you for the great customer experience!

The staff at the Lakewood facility were excellent. They told me the vehicle would be ready in about 5 business days. Due changes in their schedule and availability of parts, they were able to complete the work for pickup the next day.They also offered to walk me through the work they completed, which in my experience seldom happens unless you ask.They will get the work on any other vehicles where we can take advantage of their excellent service and installation.

Bev was very helpful with processing my claim, the job was done to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned inside and out which I very much appreciated. Denis let me in prior to opening to pick up my car instead of having to wait. If I have another collision I would certainly look at going back again .

Thanks to Jeremy and the staff who worked on our car. Special thanks for ensuring that our car not only looked as good as new, but sounded as good as new (somehow an audio speaker became distorted and they quickly fixed it after I brought it to their attention).

had the rear bumper repaired/replaced. they made sure it was done right (although it took a few more days to get my car back). they buffed out some white marks on the front bumper (no charge). washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. Thank you!

Service was excellent in terms of friendliness and efficiency. I brought my vehicle in for front bumper repair and once completed, it looked great! Preston (manager at Narin location) went beyond what was expected and helped with two additional issues, both which had nothing to do with my claim. This included ordering an extra part with no charge and touching up a minor area of paint. In both situations, staff were patient, friendly and even explained how the problems occurred. Thanks to Preston and the staff at Boyd on Narin!
