We had excellent service to have our vehicle repaired after incurring hail damage. We were also provided with a courtesy car which was very helpful. We have done at least two other jobs at this location and have been pleased with the workmanship. I recommend them to others. David and his staff are to be commended on customer relations and workmanship.

Thank you so much for the impeccable replacement of the rear bumper on my '98 Toyota Camry. It made me smile instead of feeling low about the damage. AND thank you again for washing my car inside and out. What a surprise that was. It was very much appreciated as I have a painful disability and often don't find the energy to do it myself. Sorry, I forgot 2 items from my previous feedback that contributed to my WOW factor experience. I had additional scratches on my car that were buffed out AND the entire interior was detailed. Just an all around excellent experience. So, not only should Brianne and David be thanked, but the technicians in the back that provide the WOW factor on the vehicle. Thanks again!!!

Wow!, Wow! Wow! I am so impressed. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car, the customer service provided by Brianne and David was second to none. Kudos to the guys fixing my car, too. Top notch all the way. I had no idea what to do after I left MPI, so I called Boyd. Brianne walked me through everything I would need to do, explained what they would do on their end and it was done. She called me twice to advise on the progress of the repairs, ensured all my questions were answered and was just a treat to deal with. Brianne was not there when I picked up my car, but David was just as customer service oriented and helpful as Brianne. I felt like a very special VIP customer there. In sales myself, I recognize and appreciate excellent customer service and believe that it should be shouted from the rooftops as there is so ... little of it these days, sad to say. So, please take the time to thank Brianne and David for not only taking such good care of this customer, but all your customers, as I am sure this is not a "one off" case. After dealing with a hit and run on my car, as disappointing as that was, I was so happy with the outcome of bringing my car to Boyd on Nairn. Everyone in the office was great, very friendly and very determined to ensure that I ended up satisfied with my results. My car was ready to go in no time and I will definitely be going back there if anything were to happen again in the future.

Good Morning. I came in last week sometime for an estimate, and I must say the service was excellent. The girl at the desk (with the braces) greeted me so politely and welcoming, and asked what she could help me with. I let her know that I needed an estimate on some damage that I was rather embarrassed about. She grabbed one of her mechanics from the back to assist her, and out they went. Within 5 minutes I had my printout. They were both so polite and understanding!!! I have decided against getting any work done at the time being, but I give this place (those two) a 5 star rating! Good Job Boyd on picking employees!

It's never fun when you have an accident. I took my vehicle and claim to Boyd on Scurfield. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The repairs were done quickly. They even buffed out a bunch of scratches on side of the car and gave it back to me clean and like new. I would definitely recommend this location.
