I dealt with Breanne and Dave and they were both very personable and friendly. To my joy, my vehicle was ready sooner than I had expected and I was very pleased with the results. My rental car was arranged for me which was hassle-free and so convenient. I had dealt with Boyd in the past (Lakewood) and had no hesitation in returning for my collision repairs.

In a world where really good customer service is difficult to find the staff at the Southdale location are some of the best in the business. The technicians did a great job on my truck also. Even my dad told me to "bring it to Boyd" and i'm glad that I did. Nobody likes going to the body shop but thanks to Matthew and the rest of the team it is a lot easier. Much Respect

The car looks great . it was very fast n easy. loved the detailing inside and out when I picked it up. Had asked for them to replace the rear brakes but was told they just needed alittle cleaning and that they still had lots of life. yay ..For picking up my car I told them I worked 12 hour shifts, the manager offered to open early so I wouldn't miss time at work . Very impressed :)

I have used Boyd twice in the past and have been satisfied with the service. This week the rocker panel came off my Magnum. Aniei, ( manager ) said if I got the clips Boyd would install for no charge. i got them today and within 10 minutes of going to Boyd the panel was put back on. This is exceptional service and I feel it needs to be recognized. Boyd is my dealer of choice and will tell all where to take their car for body repairs.

The service I receive from Body Auto Body on Dudley is outstanding. David is professional, has a great sense of humor and incredibly efficient. He takes pride in doing a job well and genuinely cares about the customers satisfaction. I always come here if I need repairs and can't think of anything they could do better.

Had a rather large checkmark shaped scratch in my passenger back door from somebody else's car door slamming into mine in a parking lot. Somebody told me that an autobody place may be able buff it out. Went to the Lakewood Blvd shop and a very kind young man buffed it out in about 5-10 mins and didn't charge me anything. I thought I would have to make an appt, leave my car there etc. I left there feeling very satisfied with the awesome service!

OMG, the staff at this location were superb! Breanne, Brandi and David are some of the most pleasent people I've had the pleasure to deal with in any autobody shop I have been to in my 25 years of driving! These people were warm, friendly, fun and honest, they took take of me and my needs and delivered what they promissed me and then some. They were prompt and friendly giving me updates on the progress of my van, they were excellent at returning phone calls and they made getting my van repaired very easy, problem free and convenient. After I received my van back, I noticed that they took great care and it was in better condition than before I had my accident. If you are looking for a boyd autobody shop to deal with, I would only suggest going to the one on Scurfield in Winnipeg, I believe that in life, its the people and the little things ... that make a wold of difference in any situation and I must say Breanne, Brandi and Dave made my day! Thank you for the trust, respect, care, honestly, and kindness when we brought our van in to get repaired, and not to mention the great repair job that was done in such a quick time!! read more

This auto body shop has taken great care of me time and time again. They always go above and beyond and exceed my expectations each time - even going so far as the manager driving me to class in the absence of a courtesy car! When I needed a rental badly, they got one for me for free and each time I get my car back it looks beautiful. The staff are so friendly and give great customer service. I will always take my car back there.

We had excellent service to have our vehicle repaired after incurring hail damage. We were also provided with a courtesy car which was very helpful. We have done at least two other jobs at this location and have been pleased with the workmanship. I recommend them to others. David and his staff are to be commended on customer relations and workmanship.
