Friendly service by all of the Boyd people I had contact with. They kept me up-to-date on the repair. And much to my delight (and simultaneous horror!) they vacuumed my dreadfully dirty car for me! I had no idea. I meant to do it before dropping off, but when time ran out, it was #1 on my to-do list afterward ... now I can skip right to cleaning the upholstery & carpets. :) All in all, a very positive experience. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the way Will treated me and was so helpful. I was totally shocked at the kindness everyone showed toward me., it was nice to see their still is customer service I will bring any repairs I have to have done to my car to all of you. Once again thank you so much and a special thanks to Will P. Also to the ladies that came out and helped me when I was backing up my car.

Thank you for the wonderful job and customer service provided by Debbie and Andrew at Boyd Pembina Highway location. They both are very knowledgeable staff at Boyd and take prompt action regarding auto repair concerns. Its a very competitive industry and sometimes tough to find a company that has a staff that are so courteous and helpful to customers. I will definitely recommend Boyd to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
