Dealing with Jeremy in particular has been a real pleasure. He did it all! Empathetic understanding, concern, education, and where there was value...up selling. I'm a business consultant that examines value for a living and understands that the perception of value is always with the customer and it is often intangibly rendered by those you put in front of the customer. Oh My Goodness! Thank-you so much! My daughter's wedding is right around the corner and I was, rushing around to finish last minute plans, I accidentally grazed the side of my car backing up out of the garage......Such bad timing and SO embarrassing! I stopped by Boyd to see what could be done, there is a minor scrape and tiniest of dents which I will have deal with when money is more available.......but what I am so grateful for is they took some paint remover and removed the horrific evidence of my embarrassing mistake for no charge! I need the car to be used for the wedding and only if you inspected very closely you could see the scratch and tiny dent! You saved me Boyd, thanks to Jeremy and the Boyd Pembina Highway Location!

Right from the get go the Location Manager, David B makes you feel like you are the most important customer of the day and that whatever needs doing will be to your 100% satisfaction. Certainly did not disappoint. The entire staff from front end to the professional work that was done on my car are to be commended. Thank you I am a very happy customer. P.S. I took my car into Boyd on Tuesday for a rear bumper and passenger rear door problems. I received a telephone call on Thursday telling me my car was in the paint shop. On Friday I picked up my car and I could not see where any of the work was done. It looked better than new - perfect. The persons I dealt with acted in a professional and helpful manner. They knew their jobs and knew the answers to my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would suggest Boyd Autobody to any person I know that needed their services. Thank you
