My visit at BOYD on Pembina Hwy was very pleasant! As soon as I walked in I was approached by Jason, I explained to him the reason for my visit, he quickly then took a look at the car and told me to come back later that day to pick it up! When I came to pick up the car, surprisingly the car was also washed and cleaned inside and out! the problem for my visit was taken care off as well! Overall, the staff were very friendly and the service was very fast and definetly beyond my expectations! Next time I have a problem, I sure know where to go!

I came into Boyd auto body today with A question I was hoping someone there could help me with. I was quite impressed with the attention and info that was given to me. Derek and Jason were so very helpful and I will definitely recommend your services to anyone. Nice to see great customer service is still a factor in certain establishments. Those gentlemen deserve a pat on the back.

I had bent my front license plate on a concrete barrier in a parking lot, and went to Boyd to get it fixed. They very kindly repaired it free of charge. I was most surprised…and pleasantly so. One seldom gets something for nothing these days. Thank you so much; it made my day.

Want to start by saying how happy I was getting into my car today after the repair. Great to be driving my own car again. The positive service started when I dropped in with the estimate. It got better when I was told that they would arrange for the rental car, using Enterprise down the block. The location of Enterprise was the reason I had selected the Dudley location to begin with so this unexpected service was a lovely surprise. Within 30 minutes, I dropped the car off, Katherine processed me quickly, I signed for my rental, and I was at work downtown. As promised, I got an update on Tuesday and again today. The car was ready today, even earlier than expected. The repairs look great and it was lovely to drive away in a clean car too. I most definitely would recommend Boyd and in particular the Dudley location. Katherine was fabulous, ... personable, and knowledgeable. read more

This is the best car repair shop I have ever been too. They were very helpful in getting me a rental car while mine was in the shop and the first time, they gave me a loaner. They called every Tuesday and Thursday to give me up dates on my repair and even held it back for a day due to finding something else that needed to be done. I am very impressed with the service that was provided, they are run very efficiently and are very friendly, willing to answer any questions and willing to help in whichever way they can. I will return (God forbid) next time I need repairs.

The staff at Boyd were extremely helpful and expeditious during the collision repair process! Dave Losie who actually performed the repair did a fantastic job as he has done in the past and a person can't even tell the bumper was replaced!

Preston provided exceptional customer sevice. He educated me and said/did everything he said he would do. He made the calls he said he would do as well. The best part was that he was very empathetic to my situation and that to me is customer service. I could really tell that he was trying hard to help me even though some cases it wasn't even in his power to do so re enterprise car rental accident. I appreciate that he was at least trying to help me out unlike enterprise was. Overall he was friendly and professional. Of course I don't want to get into any more rear ends but of anything happens to my car I will come back to boyd. Also the front desk guy was very courteous and fast when he helped me too.

Awesome job, Awesome people. went above and beyond for me. I will for sure return ith any other body work I need done. The location manager also gave me suggestions on other shops nearby to visit for things they arent able to provide. Thank you for everything.

The process was quick and easy! I was informed of damage not caught by the insurance adjuster and they took care of changes to the claim. An allowance was made for the paint work and we opted not to have it done, but during the wait time to adjust the claim they offered to do the work stating it would not affect the total time in shop and it didn't. The finished job looks great and getting rid of the dings and scratches certainly helps our company in keeping up it's professional image.
