Want to start by saying how happy I was getting into my car today after the repair. Great to be driving my own car again. The positive service started when I dropped in with the estimate. It got better when I was told that they would arrange for the rental car, using Enterprise down the block. The location of Enterprise was the reason I had selected the Dudley location to begin with so this unexpected service was a lovely surprise. Within 30 minutes, I dropped the car off, Katherine processed me quickly, I signed for my rental, and I was at work downtown. As promised, I got an update on Tuesday and again today. The car was ready today, even earlier than expected. The repairs look great and it was lovely to drive away in a clean car too. I most definitely would recommend Boyd and in particular the Dudley location. Katherine was fabulous, ... personable, and knowledgeable. read more

This is the best car repair shop I have ever been too. They were very helpful in getting me a rental car while mine was in the shop and the first time, they gave me a loaner. They called every Tuesday and Thursday to give me up dates on my repair and even held it back for a day due to finding something else that needed to be done. I am very impressed with the service that was provided, they are run very efficiently and are very friendly, willing to answer any questions and willing to help in whichever way they can. I will return (God forbid) next time I need repairs.

Preston provided exceptional customer sevice. He educated me and said/did everything he said he would do. He made the calls he said he would do as well. The best part was that he was very empathetic to my situation and that to me is customer service. I could really tell that he was trying hard to help me even though some cases it wasn't even in his power to do so re enterprise car rental accident. I appreciate that he was at least trying to help me out unlike enterprise was. Overall he was friendly and professional. Of course I don't want to get into any more rear ends but of anything happens to my car I will come back to boyd. Also the front desk guy was very courteous and fast when he helped me too.

The process was quick and easy! I was informed of damage not caught by the insurance adjuster and they took care of changes to the claim. An allowance was made for the paint work and we opted not to have it done, but during the wait time to adjust the claim they offered to do the work stating it would not affect the total time in shop and it didn't. The finished job looks great and getting rid of the dings and scratches certainly helps our company in keeping up it's professional image.

Superburb service! First, David (Manager) contacted the insurance company when he noticed that repairs were (#1) done incorrectly and recklessly to my vehcile; repairs were not complete; materials used where substandard;and it seemed that the previous repair shop damaged the paint and other parts of car as a result of their work. I am confident that the inspection that David and his team did was above standard. They kept me in the 'loop' each step of the process. The autobody repair technician was also invovled. Both he and David provided information on what repairs would be done. They also listened to my concerns. The Selkirk team seemed to also work well with the insurance company representative. The loaner car was well maintained and clean. From my involvement with the Selkirk shop I felt it was safe. David also saved me a great deal ... of effort and time in finding and installing a radiator. All the work at Boyd was done in a timely manner within the estimated time given. The previous body shop had my vehicle for 2 months. It went in 2x after that and then again for nearly 4 months. Hence, you might be able to tell how frustrated and tempered I have become since overall type spent on my claim was 50 weeks. Due to the integrity; respectful; and professional service that Boyd has provided - I cannot thank the team at Selkirk enough. Excellent service. I brought my car by to drop off my MPI claim documents for a bumper repair, then while there was able to have a stone chip fixed the same day! Greg service, friendly staff and efficient. I also had them complete my hail insurance claim earlier this year. The service and work was excellent then as well.

Initial contact was prompt, efficient and friendly. Replacement car was on sight shortly after I arrived to drop off my car. I received a helpful reminder about insurance needs and directions to the nearest location to obtain this insurance. Any follow-up questions were answeredd directly and the repair process proceded as I was told it would. I really appreciated the twice weekly updates on t he status of the repair and the person on the phone was always very plesant as were the staff at the shop. the work was completed and looks fine. I have had previous good experiences with Body Autobody and the Dudley location in particular.

This was my second visit to Boyd,unfortunately for my car, but the service was excellent from start to finish. Was on hold for a moment and their on hold message says how they act in day to day business. That was impressive to me. I picked up my car timely and it was clean and vacuumed and smelled clean on the inside, plus the damage was fixed! Thank you so much and you will be recommened by me to people because you practice what you preach. Keep up the good work!
