Very helpful from start to finish. At the first visit, Steph explained things well, and made the arrangements to get the parts in and book the repairs. I appreciated the regular Tuesday and Thursday update calls, especially when things didn't go as quickly as expected. When there was confusion with the Autopac claims, Catherine was very helpful in guiding me to get things sorted out, and advised me on upgrading my rental car while the repairs took longer. Overall they did a great job in taking car of my car, and looking out for me during the process. Thanks!

The joke in my family is that I should have Boyd on speed dial and they should just stock my bumper "in case" since I have had 4 hit-and-runs with my car! Every time the King Edward Street Boyd has been terrific. This time as part of the paint job they even painted the bottom of my passenger door since they saw it could use a little work and was adjacent to the damaged area. Car was spotless when I picked it up. Thanks again!

Catherine and Steph are awesome. I was not happy with the noise my car was making when I picked it up. They took the matter into their own hands and in less than 8 hours had my car fixed to my satisfaction. They are in my opinion who represent Boyd and do an awesome job at it.

This has been the 3rd time .I've been to this location, and will come back again. My truck was damaged in the rear of the box. You fixed it perfect, and also added custom pin stripping, because you could not order that kind anymore. and to go beyond , you pin stripped the other side of the box to match. Your team rocks on Henderson. and Darrell who I was talking with . Is very professional . Thanks Boyd Auto Body, Hopefully I won't need to see you in a while, but if I do I know your there to do a great and professional job.

I want to commend the staff at the Scurfield Boyd for going above and beyond to help me out when my BMW 7 series was in for repair. I'm one of those annoying customers who calls every few days to check on the car. Jeff and Dave were always very patient and accommodating. A helpful change from my previous experiences with other bodyshops. Not only that, but a few days afterwards, I had an unfortunate issue with my radiator that had me coast to a stop in their parking lot. Unexpectedly, they offered to pull the car in to see if the issue was related to the claim. Very professional service, and I will be recommending them to my fellow members at the BMW club, as a trusted and friendly place for repairs.

My car was repaired for hail damage after the June 10th storm. I was given regular updates regarding the progress of my vehicle. My rental vehicle was provided promptly. My vehicle repair was completed as requested and the manager showed me exactly what was repaired. I have been to this location once before and have always been politely taken care of. This location is a pleasure to do business with.

Had a minor mishap on my car i went to boyd autobody on henderson just for information and the gentleman behind the count his name is Darrell offered to come out and take a look and five minutes later the scratches were gone on my hood i dont think i could have had any better service anywhere else thank you boyd autobody this is a library computer sorry i dont own one
