Fantastic Service!! I had a few scratches on my truck because I rubbed it up against the garage. I came in for an estimate and Greg took sympathy for me and buffed out my scatches. I\'ve told at least 10 people about how caring these guys on Scurfied. Keep up the great work!! A much appreciated custtomer who will get all their work done at Boyd

Hello I was ver satisfied and impressed with the high level of service I received at the Boyd dudley location. I had fairly major repairs completed on my envoy and they were friendly, efficient, got the job done quickly, my truck looks great and stayed in touch with me every tues and thurs with updates on the progress. I have brought a vehicle to Boyd on Pembina 3 or 4 times over the years for relatively minor damage, and I have to say that the service I have gotten each and every time has been nothing short of exemplary. Everyone has been very pleasant and friendly to deal with, and the service has been great! They do what they say they\'re going to do. I just got my car back after repairs to a minor rear end collision and it looked great as always, but I can\'t tell you how surprised I was when I opened the door and found they had completely cleaned and polished the interior for me as well. I would never hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you to all for your excellent service.

Driving around with no window in minus 30 weather makes almost anyone grumpy, but Cherryl Hnatowich\'s cheery disposition and helpful suggestions made my visit to Boyd an excellent experience that I am happy to recommend to others. She immediately made me feel at ease by taking on my stressful situation with such professionalism and confidence. After accessing my situation she also related her problems with own window to show that I would be taken care of. If word of mouth is the best advertising then consider this company on having a lifetime of free airtime as I sold on being a customer and convincing others of doing the same! Thank you Cherryl! For me to be writing this should say a lot considering I work downtown full time, have a full time farm, and I have 3 children under the age of 7. I recently, had to visit Boyd Autobody and ... Glass on Marion. To my delight, my van and I were treated to wonderful customer service. I was shown by Jason Benias EXACTLY what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. My biggest thank you goes to Jason for cleaning the inside of my van. What a nice feeling it is to get your vehicle back looking nicer then it was. Every time I now get in it, I am reminded of the excellent customer service he provided for me! I would highly recommend Boyd for their personal touches! Thanks! I had both my truck and car in recently for repairs. (This was the 4th time the car was in for repiars-teenage drivers!) The service Cam provided was as always excellent. He kept us up-to-date on the repairs and both vehciles were ready on the day he said they would be. I will most definitely recommend to people to: Bring it to Boyd!

Jason Bland provided FANTASTIC customer service. He addressed all of my questions in a thoughtful and knowledgeable manner. He was able to offer very helpful information and practical solutions. In addition to his service, he suggested I speak with his coworker, Rob, who was able to offer sensible tips for vehicle maintenance. I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the Boyd Group and Rob Burns and his team at the Henderson location in Winnipeg Manitoba. I’ve never been in an accident before and had no idea what to expect. They offered me a brand new courtesy car, kept in contact with me through the entire process and we’re very pleasant, helpful and always available. Although my car was written off, they removed my car stereo (upon approval from MPI) and plates for me and offered me a ride home afterwards. I know they put a lot of work and time into dealing with my claim and in the end it didn’t cost me a dime. Hard to believe considering nothing in this world is free. Anyhow, I’ve worked in customer service before and I don’t believe a good job should go unrecognised. I wanted to let you know your team here in Winnipeg is excellent and even though I hope I ... do not need their service anytime soon I will most defnitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more
