MB - 15 Marion St, Winnipeg - 11/26/10

I brought my car to the Marion location to be fixed a while back, and recently I brought it again for 2 more claims. Damaged dash and a damaged front end from an accident. Your website does not indicate what area the Marion location is in so I’m emailing you both so you get the feedback. On all of my claims I’ve dealt primarily with Jason, and I’ve gone through dialog with Cheryl as well (Please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong.) On my last claim I used a courtesy car that broke down in the middle of portage late last night, the last night of a month long repair, I had to have it towed and this morning the branch had the car towed back to them. Luckily, my car was ready today. I went to pickup my car (which was in excellent condition I might add ?) and I found the heat wasn’t working. It would only blow cold air and only out of the ... main vents. No feet or defrost. I called Marion back and let them know. They apologized and took the car back, and promptly gave me another courtesy car that was much better quality.Jason and Cheryl have done an excellent job of keeping me happy. They’ve been very apologetic and quick to help me in any way they can. They’ve had a real “customer first” attitude and I’ve appreciated it. I had an issue with my car that occurred due to some work Boyd on Dudley Ave performed on my front bumper area and since that location was closed, Matt was there to help. He considered my time constraints, my comfort, my frustration and he arranged for the problem to be fixed entirely and ensured that I walked away as a happy customer - thanks Matt!

I am very pleased with both the collison repair AND glass repair while my vehicle was in the shop. There was a part that apparently went to the body shop damaged and Brent checked around for a part that was not damaged to install on my vehicle. I very much appreciate Brent\'s honesty as the damaged part could have been installed and I never would have known otherwise. They took the time to check every detail of the damage and they did a fantastic job. Hopefully my vehicle will not be involved in a future accident but if so, I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back to Brent at Boyd Autobody. Thanks Brent (and staff). Lorraine Silk

Just thought I would write a quick note to compliment Boyd on the repair of my wifes Sebring that I had in there a couple of weeks ago. I think it is a Rosewood colour that I thought you would never match, especially as it's a ninety-six. I was wrong, it matches perfectly and she's very happy. This was our third time there, mostly because of location and loaner cars, but it is always an added bonus when the repair is done well. Thanks again for your great service.

True customer service is hard to come by these days, but my experience at Boyd Autobody proves that it is possible to find. My car was in the shop for nearly two months (an expensive and complicated repair) and during that time Kathy and David at the Dudley Avenue location in Winnipeg met all my needs and expectations. Great job!
