I'm super happy with the repair and pleasant service at Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge. Darcy and Susan. This is the third car I have brought in for repair over the years, with awesome results as always Definitely better than expected The car needed both front and back ends replaced and painted after a hit and run. It looked so good when I picked it up that I actually called back to ask if they had clear coated the entire car. Apparently not - but it looks amazing.

I must say the employees at the Maple Ridge location have restored my faith should I ever need to use a body shop again. Darcy H. was superb in making sure I was always kept up to date with where repairs were at and how things were going. From the drop off to the pick up, I felt my expectations and concerns were taken seriously and respected. As a customer who appreciates all that was done to make sure my truck was repaired to my satisfaction, Darcy H. and Rishi B. Thank You. You are both fantastic employees who are like four leaf clovers, hard to find & Boyd is darn lucky to have! From a customer who never thought she would touch this brand again, I will be back to Maple Ridge for any of my future whoops moments! Would rate more stars if I could!! Darcy and his team were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The work was done at a very competitive rate, done quickly (got a next day appointment) and neatly (vacuumed all the broken glass). I was really upset when I originally found someone had smashed a side window of my car, so thanks so much for making this experience pleasant.

Both times I've gotten work done at this location I have been beyond impressed with the work that they do; ranging from the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff, to the top quality repair work that the garage staff put out! I was also very impressed with how quickly they managed to get my car back to me, especially considering how great of quality the repairs were! If I could rate this Boyd location higher I would! Definitely coming back here if I ever hit another raccoon??
