Yet again I find myself at Boyd Auto body in Maple Ridge due to being rear ended last Friday. When I called to ask what to do, Sue was amazing!! She told me to bring in my Escape & that Branden was available to take a look at it right away. Branden was super professional, called a guy out from the shop to take a look & he (sorry I didn't catch your name) calmed my fears, about driving my vehicle for a couple of days. It must have been my 'lucky' day, because Branden had received a cancellation for the following Monday & was able to fit me in, with a courtesy car!! I was kept up to date during the week my vehicle my vehicle was in, which I really appreciate. Today I got the call that my Escape was ready to pick up!! My car was repaired (bumper/fender etc. replaced.) speedily, looks great and was ready when promised. Having given B old A & B more business than I care to remember over the past many years, I am always impressed by the courtesy and good humour of the reception, management and other staff. somehow you manage to make a driver who has scraped the garage door, or missed a curb, or done some else incredibly foolish -- feel better than they did when first coming in to your office! Thank you for all that and for your good work!

Best Customer Service ! The staff Darcy, Susan and Brandon in the office were just amazing at getting my car looking brand new again ! The body shop did a "Bang Up" (no pun intended) Job. I highly recommend going to Boyd Auto Shop should you ever need body work done. Katie

Just got my car back and it looks great. The shop even stayed open late when I got caught in traffic and couldn't make it there before closing time. The guys were great and had everything ready when picking up and shopping off the courtesy car. Good job.

WOW!!! These guys not only helped me convince ICBC that the truck was worth fixing, they also did a really good job of the repair! Looks better than when I bought the truck! Personal service was excellent and they had the job done in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend these folks! Keep up the good work!!

I came in with a dent in my bumper and no idea how it got there. Brendan was so nice and was able to get somebody out as I waited to take a look at it. Within ten minutes they had popped the dent out and had me on my way, free of charge! That's what I call customer service! Thanks so much for making my day!
