I was 37 weeks pregnant when I got two big chips on my front wind shield. It was a nightmare to even think of having a damaged windshield n the winter while trying to juggle a newborn baby. I had called multiple auto repair shops, however I found Kelton A the most relational and understanding over the phone. He squeezed in just in the nick of time. It was all done two days after my initial phone call with him. I ended up giving birth 7 days after - and had a peace of mind for the safety of my car. Thanks Kelton! You're a life saver!

I had a problem with water leaking into my car from the windshield. I dealt with Kelton A. to arrange to have a new windshield installed. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He also arranged a courtesy ride home for me. The job was done quickly and it seems to have solved my problem. I no longer have a problem with water leaking. Thanks folks at Boyd!

Boyd Autobody in New Westminster B.C. did a beautiful job repairing extensive body damage to my 2001 F350 . A tire blowout severly damaged the entire drivers side of the truck box. Very helpful and friendly in the many years I've used Boyd for car repair issues. I appreciated Kelton A. the customer service representative, as he set up the arrangements to repair a dislocated front bumper. The estimator, Joseph L. organized the review of the task and the crew repaired it on the spot. The amazing thing was that when it was finished, Boyd didn't charge me at all.
