100% would be a returned customer I feel they went above and beyond I was not expecting a wipe down and a vacuum of the inside of my vehicle. It took a little bit to get in, but it's expected body shops are busy. Accident happened in June 2025 got fixed January 2026 and that's not even saying anything bad. Great job!!

I had a hit and run to my SUV, broke glass and front bumper damage. Catherine with her outstanding customer care got me in right away. Had my glass vacuum up and put plastic for a temporary repair until parts arrived. The receptionist at the same time offered me a fresh cup of Java during my wait time. I was in an accident on February 1,2024. It took Hyundai Canada till June to send in parts. Cathy, and Lori called every week sometimes twice to give me an update as to what was happening and when my parts were coming. Regan and another gentleman did the body work. They made everything barible. They didn't forget about me and they are making sure that the job will be completed. They are definitely a good place to go and give you peace of mind. In June 2024 I received hail damage to my SUV. Boyd Autobody in North Battleford treated me not only as a customer but like a member of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure that not only my SUV was fixed as quickly, and efficiently as possible but they helped me with travel arrangements and even detailed my SUV for me. How I came to choose this company was from the list of approved SGI places that will fix hail damage. I called a few places but ultimately it was the reviews I reads that helped me decide. SGI totaled off my mom's car 2010 Impala. Bought car back from SGI Took it to a couple other places to get fixed. Nobody would touch it. Went to Boyd's Auto Shop. They were so booked up but said they would take on the task. Today I went to pick up mom's car and it set me back to see how awesome a job that they did. Ya I may or not have hugged an employee to show my thanks. But don't tell the wife lol. All in all I would strongly suggest that if anyone ever needs a show room quality work done. I was highly recommended to have repairs done here and don't regret it at all. My little car was delivered when promised and was totally cleaned inside out. Outstanding service was top notch, the weekly honest updates about the repairs was certainly appreciated, just knowing the process of the repairs, backordered parts issue etc. Just a total ease of mind for me. Had glass vandalized on my Jeep Wrangler. Recommend to go see the manager in North Battleford. Stop in and she looked at my vehicle and order the glass. Was called 2 days later to have it installed. Impressed with the service, at outstanding 5* location to deal with. My vehicle was returned washed and cleaned. The same day. Thanks for the efficient service to have this done.

I rarely give 5 star reviews not unless it's well deserves. I was absolutely impressed with the amazing service I received from Catherine in North Battleford. Her drive and uplifting positive attitude is amazing. My 2015 GMC truck was a $27,000 mess. I'm still uncertain how a truck repair could come out this good., replaced the whole left side. I never once was left in the dark, I always received calls from Catherine and or the new Bubbly CSR. I just want to tell everyone this is the place to go for repairs. Thanks again

My new Santa Fe was in a minor crash, I was highly recommend to go to Boyd AutoBody. The manager took the time to look at it and explained the repair and assessment process. I was greatly appreciative of her ability to get my car in and out in one day. They repainted the car parts and called me to bring it in. A nice man gave me a ride home and picked me up the same day. My car was delivered and all cleaned as promised. Wow so impressive of the Manager in North Battleford Thanks
