Well three times in three months I have had my truck repaired here. Three separate accidents, one was mine two others were due to other people. No matter what happened this facility led by Darcy with support of JB and Susan did another remarkable job on my truck. Best place ever to get work done. Exceptional people, exceptional work quality achieved. My special thanks to all of you.

I was so impressed by the help I received from Teresa the first time I visited the shop that when it was time to have my car repaired the I decided this is where I wanted the work done on my. car. The repairs done on my car were top rate and I was so impressed with how clean the car was when I picked it up. I also appreciated getting the update on how the repair was coming along. I will certainly recommend this shop to my friends. Teresa was again very helpful.

I received excellent customer service from Boyd on Pembina Highway. David Jackson was courteous and highly professional. Kelsey Hopman kept me informed throughout the entire process and I appreciated that the timeline that she gave initially was followed exactly. I am very pleased with how the work was done and will recommend this location to others. Thank you to Boyd on Pembina Highway!

Was super impressed with the service I received . Everybody was pleasant ,and super accommodating . Was extremely impressed that the repairs took less than what originally quoted . Was by far way better service than I received at a much larger dealership. 5 stars .

I had my wife's Toyota Rav4 repaired here a couple of years ago & was very pleased with the workmanship & the professionalism in which Kathrine handled the whole job. That was through SGI. In Dec/ 15 I chose Boyds in North Battleford again when I had a collision with my car. Although the car was deemed a write off, here again Kathrine was very empathetic in allowing me access to obtain all my personal possessions from the car etc. This type of understanding is so important in such a traumatic situation. I have no hesitation in recommending North Battleford Boyd's to anyone. Actually, I also used Boyd's in Calgary for this same car, I think it was in 2012.
