This is my second time going to Boyd for services. Both times I have been rear ended and Boyd has been my top choice for my repairs. The first time was a fender bender and they set me up with a car and finished the repairs in a timely manner. Wendy, Chris, Jason (and the rest of the staff) are efficient, helpful and know how to deliver great customer service. Because of that experience, when my second accident happened there was no question who I was going to go to. I choose Boyd. Thanks once again to the Boyd team. Unfortunately the damage was too much this time and the car is now gone. We have nothing but good to say about the team at Boyd Autobody in Brandon MB! Our car was returned in mint condition, even spotless inside and out. They bent over backwards getting the parts so they could have the car back to us when they promised. I would recommend them to anybody!

I had a vandalism of my passenger window and windshield. I was dealt with courteously, promptly and most fairly by Boyd at w. 73rd Vancouver. The operations manager Robin Soni & the asst. mgr. Gale Mandla did the intake and insurance part of my claim with patience and professionalism (and good humour). The shop did an excellent job, new windshield, new passenger window expertly installed including the electronics of a new rear view mirror, their crew vacuumed up the broken glass , and the entire car. This whole operation from start to finish took less than 24 hours. This was outstanding service done a most reasonable rate. This is a skookum outfit.

Robin did an excellent job of serving me from start to finish. Not only was his price the lowest of the five places I phoned, but he did what he promised to do when he promised to do it, despite being extremely busy. To top things off, even though it was only a window replacement, they washed and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the car! (Much appreciated as I had just been to the dump!)

I had my minivan in for a bumper replacement and a chipped window. I had an appointment within 3 days. Enterprise Rent-a-car was at the site ontime with a courtesy vehicle for me. Once done I also dropped the vehicle at Boyd. The relationship between you two is great. The service and attentiveness by Teresa was top notch. I've been to Boyd on several occasions and I leave impressed and happy. Well done!
