I had my truck in for a repair to your Selkirk location. The service right from start to finish was excellent. MPI wouldn't cover the broken fog lamps on my truck so your staff called me with a cost to repair them, I said I would replace them myself. It was a reasonable cost but to replace them wasn't beyond my abilities. The technician Shawn that worked on my truck felt that he couldn't leave part of his canvas unfinished and replaced my fog lamps with like new ones from used parts in the shop for no charge. It was plain to see that Shawn takes the highest pride in his work not just for the free fog lamps but also for the great job he did on my truck. I've been in retail management for thirty five years and it is a pleasure to have been on receiving end of superior service from Selkirk location.

I would like the owner of this Boyd auto body location to know what an absolutely EXCELLENT manager he/she has in David B. This man has everything going for him-excellent people skills and a great personality. He really knows the meaning of customer satisfaction and he goes way beyond the average effort to please his customers. He should be promoted and given a raise for his excellent customer service and satisfaction. He is the reason that my family and I will keep returning to this location. The man is worth his weight in gold!

Your office administrator, Wendy S., was extremely professional and efficient in her work, ensuring I understood every aspect of the process to be embarked on. She was friendly and thorough. The auto body staff, Chris and Jamie were equally proficient. They outlined the extent of the damage and informed me of the detailed work to be done on the car. My truck went in to get the front bumper replaced. It was in and out in day which I liked. The people at Boyd Autobody and Glass in Brandon went above and beyond what I was expecting as when I picked up my truck they had cleaned and detailed the inside of my cab. It was quite dirty inside and now it looks way better. Thank you to the Brandon Boyd people for the wonderful job.

The door handle on our car came off (passenger side-front). We took it to where we bought the car and they quoted us a couple hundred dollars for labour, paint, etc. When I took the car in to Boyd, they quoted $105. No paint needed. I dropped to car off, and when I came to pick it up I was told I wasn't going to be charged at all! It was an easy fix for them, and they made it work in the most efficient way. I was so happy with their customer service I will definitely be taking it there again.
