Great service! Needed my windshield replaced, Chelsea managed the claim paperwork and reminded me I was eligible for a loaner car while the work was being done. Technician was efficient - car was done earlier than expected, and my car was clean and looking great when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

One more happy customer. From the moment I was greeted at the door I felt like I was a priority and they treated my car as if it was their own. When I arrived to pick up my car, a Boyd employee was very proud to show me the work they had done and I liked that. i stopped in to have a quick fix done on my license plate holes. the staff were polite and able to fit me in to quickly fix the problem.. they were polite, smiled a lot, and very easy to talk with and completely understood what i needed done. the front desk staff were incredible, polite and friendly. i will be back there for any future work i need done on my vehicle. I will also tell my friends and family about the wonderful service i received. thank you very much for helping me have a great day...hope you have one too.

Thank you for the wonderful job and customer service provided by Debbie and Andrew at Boyd Pembina Highway location. They both are very knowledgeable staff at Boyd and take prompt action regarding auto repair concerns. Its a very competitive industry and sometimes tough to find a company that has a staff that are so courteous and helpful to customers. I will definitely recommend Boyd to my friends and family. This location has amazing service. I went down to get a glass chip looked at to see if it needed repair. The service tech came right out- no waiting AT ALL- inspected the chip, approved it as repairable and did the repair! One visit, no appointment needed, no waiting. I will definitely bring my business back to Boyd and counsel my family and friends to do the same.
