Hello! I am writing to praise your Lakewood location on their exceptional service!! I was in my first accident ever in 30 yrs and I have to say Boyd made the experience rather painless! From the moment I walked in the door. (Matthew acknowledged me instantly even though he was helping another customer) Leah assisted me with my claim and reviewed the particulars . When further damage was found they provided me with transportation immediately. I was updated on the progress and received my vehicle back in a very reasonable time frame. Excellent service. Rishi B. had my car repaired in a timely fashion, the whole process was easy. I had my car evaluated right there and was put into a courtesy car right away. When i came to pick up the car it was detailed and ready to drive off immediately. Time is valuable to everyone and the staff at richmond respected that. Thank you.
