I'd like to give my feedback on my recent experience with Richmond Boyd Autobody. I particularly worked with Mr. Rishi Bakshi who was an amazing help! He made me trust that I was in good hands and handled my case very professionally. He explained in detail how he was going to go about fixing my car and made me feel very confident about the whole process. Preston provided exceptional customer sevice. He educated me and said/did everything he said he would do. He made the calls he said he would do as well. The best part was that he was very empathetic to my situation and that to me is customer service. I could really tell that he was trying hard to help me even though some cases it wasn't even in his power to do so re enterprise car rental accident. I appreciate that he was at least trying to help me out unlike enterprise was. Overall he was friendly and professional. Of course I don't want to get into any more rear ends but of anything happens to my car I will come back to boyd. Also the front desk guy was very courteous and fast when he helped me too.

You guys did a fantastic job repairing my car! I had been to your body shop once already, and thought you guys had done a terrific job, so I decided to come back when my car was in another accident. You had convenient hours for me to come by, and even opened back up for me when I arrived at closing! You made sure to take a good look at my car and get to know what concerns I had, so that you could do your best job repairing the damage. Finally, you made sure my car looked good as new. Great Job! Thank you for everything! I'm coming back for all future repairs on my car, and recommending you guys to anyone I can.

I would highly recommend Boyd AutoBody & Glass in Abbotsford BC for collision repairs. They were friendly and efficient and quickly repairing my car, providing an excellent courtesy car. I was amazed at how good it looked-perfect paint match and as smooth as new. They had cleaned my car inside and out, even the vents! Very impressed but a little embarrassed as it was way over due for a cleaning! All in all I was very pleased and would definitely use them again, though I hope not to have to, Thank you.

The process was quick and easy! I was informed of damage not caught by the insurance adjuster and they took care of changes to the claim. An allowance was made for the paint work and we opted not to have it done, but during the wait time to adjust the claim they offered to do the work stating it would not affect the total time in shop and it didn't. The finished job looks great and getting rid of the dings and scratches certainly helps our company in keeping up it's professional image.

Superburb service! First, David (Manager) contacted the insurance company when he noticed that repairs were (#1) done incorrectly and recklessly to my vehcile; repairs were not complete; materials used where substandard;and it seemed that the previous repair shop damaged the paint and other parts of car as a result of their work. I am confident that the inspection that David and his team did was above standard. They kept me in the 'loop' each step of the process. The autobody repair technician was also invovled. Both he and David provided information on what repairs would be done. They also listened to my concerns. The Selkirk team seemed to also work well with the insurance company representative. The loaner car was well maintained and clean. From my involvement with the Selkirk shop I felt it was safe. David also saved me a great deal ... of effort and time in finding and installing a radiator. All the work at Boyd was done in a timely manner within the estimated time given. The previous body shop had my vehicle for 2 months. It went in 2x after that and then again for nearly 4 months. Hence, you might be able to tell how frustrated and tempered I have become since overall type spent on my claim was 50 weeks. Due to the integrity; respectful; and professional service that Boyd has provided - I cannot thank the team at Selkirk enough.
