I was very impressed with the service I received. I took my vehicle in on the Friday to get an estimate, I was then able to book it in on the Monday. They had a courtesy car for me to use while my car was in the shop. I will definitely not hesitate to bring my car back if I should ever need any type of auto body work done on it again. All the staff at the Victoria office are personable, helpful and efficient. Glenn Hartle Ops Mgr explained the process for our repair very clearly and accommodated us quickly with little fuss or disruption to our daily routines. The repair was done expertly with no sign to a layman's eye that anything had been done. We especially appreciated the great clean up both inside and outside of our car. I can't say I want to be in a position to use Boyd's service again! but if it is necessary it is good to know there a local business you can rely on for service you can trust to be done to a high standard. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from my first initial phone call to the day I picked up my car. Katherine completed the initial damage assessment and provided available options for repair. The recommended repair was excellent and completed on schedule. Wonderful service. Gale Mandla was friendly and looked at my car as soon as I showed it to him. No appt needed He gave great advice as to how to fix our bumper in the most economical manner. Another company had recommended a more expensive way to fix the problem PLUS added on other fixups that were not needed! I highly value the honest and efficient service! I would highly recommend this location (esepecailly Mr. Mandla) to everyone!
