We were very impressed with the service and excellent repair on my car. Boyd arranged for our rental vehicle and we were picked up right at their door. Boyd did all the work with our insurance company and did all the necessary arrangements. It made having our car repaired a painless experience after the trauma of a collision. We will highly recommend Boyd Auto and Glass to our friends and relatives. Hopefully we will not need their services again but if we do, there is no question that we will choose this company for the repairs. Thanks to all who worked on our car.

I can see! Not only do I have my own car back, but Boyd staff cleaned the windows, inside and out, and vacuumed the inside of the car. I almost feel embarrassed about the shape my car was in when I brought it in (both outside damage and inside clutter), but now I'm just happy at the quality of work, above and beyond the call of duty. My new bumper has been painted to match the sparkly finish of the rest of the car, and nobody needs to know it's the second time around. Have taken my Dodge Nitro in for repairs after setting up an appointment over the phone. The customer service was great in dealing with the paper-work, the car-rental company ( Boyd took care of that too, in collaboration with my insurance company), the initial inspection of the car and the final inspection after the repairs. The manager, Deanna Sullivan has gone the extra mile on ordering a small plastic part that did not fit back on the rear wipper blade after the repairs and personally put it on when I went back to pick it up. There were no misunderstandings, no extra calls, no wasted time...everything was done with professionalism and with a great attitude. The car was cleaned inside out and spotless when I went to pick it up after the repairs. The color match was as good as it gets, and the the allignment of the rear door was ... perfect. I had only had my brand new 2013 Toyota for 3 weeks when someone hit it in a grocery store parking lot and didn't leave their information. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed and frustrated to be paying my deductible before I had even made my first monthly loan payment. After talking to Wendy at Boyd on Sooke Road, I had calmed down quite a bit as she reassured me that they would be able to fix the scratches and dents as soon as possible. I have nothing but positive feedback for Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road. They were professional, efficient, friendly and kept me feeling confident that they were going to restore my brand new car back to it's original state. Having a courtesy car to help me get around during the repair added peace of mind to the entire experience. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone and everyone!

I did fill out the feedback online but just to make sure you get my Thank you I'm sending you both this email. Katherine and Stephanie I really appreciate all you did for my family and me. Our SUV looks better than before the accident. Thank you for the use of the car. Our kids missed our SUV, but were very happy to have a cool car to use. Since receiving back our fixed SUV, I have had many compliments on the SantaFe's good condition. Most people think it's a 2007 and are surprised when I tell them it's a 2003. We a very happy to have our SUV back and plan on enjoying it for years to come.

I WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN I WENT WITH MY SON TO PICK UP HIS CAR FOR THIS LOCATION OF BOYD AUTO, CAUSE WHEN WE LEFT THE CAR WE DID NOT CLEAN IT SO IT WAS CLEAR AS TO THE BODY DAMAGE, WHEN WE PICKED IT UP THEY HAD TAKEN A DRY CLOTH AND HAD SWIRLED THE GRIM INTO THE SIDE OF THE PAINT, WHEN THIS WAS POINTED OUT THEY CALLED IT A SERVICE CLEANING, HA, VERY DISAPPOINTED, THIS [PLACE USE TO HAVE HIGHER STANDARDS, THERE WAS NO NEED TO GRIND DIRT IN THAT MANNER, YOU`D THINK AUTO BODY SHOULD MEAN THEY`D KNOW BETTER, SO DON`T ONLY CHECK YOUR MILEAGE, BE CAREFUL OF THE DAMAGE THAT A SERVICE CLEANING CAN DO. BUT THE BUMPER REPLACEMENT WAS PERFECT.

"Hi There - not sure who will be reading this, but I imagine it would be some high-ranking official in the autobody repair world who judges the good, bad and the ugly of all repairs that go through Boyd. In any event, I'd like to let you, and anyone else who wants to know it, that this location in Richmond should score an A+++ for the repairs they did and customer service they provided when I chose to bring my 2007 Entourage in to them. I used to work customer service at an ICBC accredited shop myself in the past and I completely understand NOW why my managers and the owner, back then, always said "...we have to get this shop to earn the customer satisfactions scores that Boyd gets!" Which at that time I thought was unrealistic and almost impossible, but experiencing first-hand, this shop's high level of communication, ... attention to detail and genuine care for their customers, I realize that it is possible with a well run shop, a dedicated team and professionals who put the customer first. Thank you for restoring our family mobile back to its kid-hauling, aesthetically pleasing, and mobile state and most importantly thanks for giving us the care and attention you did for such a seemingly small job.
