Fortunately it has been years since I required work done on my vehicle but unfortunately I had some recent body damage that required repairs. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years and can confidently say that I understand what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Once again Robin has exceeded my expectations from start to finish on how he assisted me through the process, from the initial estimation process to final payment. His responses to questions via phone calls or emails were immediate. It didn't feel as if i was dealing with a 'business' but rather I was working with a friend who cared about helping me out. I was very pleased with the service I received from Robin and the quality of the repair done to my vehicle. I was worried because of the amount of suspension damage my vehicle sustained, but the car drives like new after the repair. I would highly recommend this shop.
