I was given fabulous service. The car looks fantastic and I know that because I was paying cash, Chris worked hard to find me some good quality used parts. I just picked up the car and it has been clean and detailed. Wendy, the woman at the front desk, was extremely pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Boyd Autobody!

Excellent service - very accommodating with loaner car. This is the second time we have used their services (both accidents not our fault) and we have had great experiences with both. Highly recommend.

Fortunately it has been years since I required work done on my vehicle but unfortunately I had some recent body damage that required repairs. I automatically recalled my previous experience with Boyd & Robin Soni at the Vancouver location and without hestitation gave Robin a call. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years and can confidently say that I understand what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Once again Robin has exceeded my expectations from start to finish on how he assisted me through the process, from the initial estimation process to final payment. His responses to questions via phone calls or emails were immediate. It didn't feel as if i was dealing with a 'business' but rather I was working with a friend who cared about helping me out. I have recommended Boyd & Robin to friends, ... family & colleagues in the past and will most definitely continue to do so! read more
