This was my third experience at Boyd Richmond. Rishi's always setting the bar higher and higher. Once again, service and work was way above expectations. With many autobody shops around the area, with the service at boyd's its a clear choice as to which shop to choose. My car looks like i picked it up from a showroom this afternoon. Rishi definitely adds a special touch to each car I've brought to him. Great shop, even greater management. Five Star Rated Autobody.

We returned to have some minor small issues resolved, Ken rectified the reapirs almost on the spot very much to our satisfaction. Canny is exceptional in her treatment of your clients. She is competent, efficient, practical and intelliegent. The result is quick efficient service, which is an enjoyable experience. Great Team you have.

They always gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. Work done was first grade and up to now, I never had to bring back my vehicles for an adjustment. Imagine getting to you car and finding one entire tire stolen, lug nuts and all. It is a lousy start to the day! Trust me. The roadside assistance guy put my spare on, borrowing 2 nuts from one of the other tires. He also told me there was damage to the body and so I ended up at Boyd. I was none too happy but Mandy Melchert helped me in such a kind and considerate way that it restored my faith in humanity. She even went and got some lug nuts at my dealership so I could safely drive the car over for a new tire. Everyone I met Boyd was courteous, kind and caring, which, to me, indicates a caring attitude toward the work to be done. As it turned out my car didn't need body work, and I hope it never will, but if it ever does, Boyd's the place I'll go. You have my wreck-ommendation. Thanks Mandy.

I just wanted to say how great of a job this location did for me. The customer service was great. They even washed my car INSIDE and out. (The inside of my car was horrendous and if I'd known they were going to clean it i would have...cleaned it, haha). It's never looked so brand new and the repair was done quickly. Thank you!

The whole process was easy, came in for an estimate, they got me booked in right away, and even repaired within the same week. Efficiency is the name of the game for Boyd's on the south end of Edmonton, my family always brings our collision work here, the reason is water clear, they make it easy!
