I dropped my car off on the weekend due to shift work. I received calls on Tuesday and Thursday informing me of how the work was progressing on my vehicle. They called back on Friday to say that it was completed ahead of schedule, however I was out of the province on vacation. There was no issue with me picking up my vehicle at a later date. When I was able to pick up the vehicle I was impressed with the work and my vehicle was looking pristine.

To Whom It May Concern, The service I received both on the customer side and the repair side were professional, courteous and overall excellent. I would rate all aspects of this experience as a 10 out of 10. I would not hesitate to recommend them to people requiring collision repairs. Thank you, David Greig P.S. Even the small details such as cleaning my car for my pick up was excellent!

I stopped by the 84 Scurfield location in Winnipeg recently for some evaluation and possible repair on my loose front bumper of my car. Jeff Froese came out of his office to deal with me and he immediately went outside and got on his hands and knees to look under the bumper. He said he would take it into the shop for a better look. 10 minutes later he brought the car out with bumper fixed, nice and snug now, couple of missing clips. i asked how much do I owe for that and he said nothing. WOW, that was unexpected, 2 things, the immediate service and no charge. With customer service like that there is no need to go or look elsewhere for vehicle repairs if I should ever need any in the future !!!

Excellent customer service from fast delivery of courtesy car, to friendly driver who helped me with the child carseats, to email updates (which I've never had before from any car-related service!). Our repair was completed faster than expected and it was overall a great experience., thank you!
