He explained everything to me and called me a day or so after dropping the car off to give me an update. Michelle was quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. What seemed like a nightmare to deal with initially turned out to be nothing to worry about - because the staff at Boyd made it easy and painless. Robin Soni of Boyd was very accommodating with my claim process. I came by with the car and he booked me in as soon as possible. I was out of town while the repairs were being done and he even offered to meet me at the shop on a Sunday upon my return in case I needed the care. Boyd Auto has been Amazing. The Service was EXCELLENT! My insurance company would not cover the insurance on my rental - BOYD stepped in and covered my rental insurance! They were AMAZING and made the experience totally painless. Absolutely coming back for all my needs!!
