They really went above and beyond with their service and extra help! I can't recommend them enough. Terry really went out of his way for me on a couple of things, and I so very much appreciate his help getting my car back on the road quickly, and as cheaply as possible!

I am not one to do these things, but I feel I must let you know that your Location Manager on Pembina Hwy, (Rob Burns) deserves high credit for taking time to fix the tail lights on my car. I was explaining to the repceptionest that I had just come from the Bison Drive driver license office where my daughter was to take her road exam. It turns out both brake lights were out which caused the road test to end before it started. I drove down Pembina Hwy and saw Boyd Auto Body and pulled in to see if someone could help me with my problem. Rob overheard me describing my story to the receptionest and immediately took hold of the situation. We were done in 15 minutes and was able to get my daughter back to do her road test. I am in sales and I appreciate when someone goes beyond the call of duty. It is all too rare. He not only changed the burnt ... out lights, but made sure all lights were in working order. I remember things like this and I will be sure to bring any glass repair business to this location. Thank you Rob, you are a credit to your profession and to your company. read more

First of all I would like to say that Pamela is excellent at the front. Not only is she a genuinely friendly person, but she is efficient and professional and goes above and beyond. Discount rentals was creating a huge headache for me and she went and tracked down a manager to fix the problem and made sure I was taken care of. As for the repairs, I've only had the car back one day but it looks great! Thanks a bunch! It was a painless process to go about getting the repairs done. I found it to be a high class auto body shop!

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by the company today. I had my front windshielf replaced for flying rock damage. Upon request, my car was delivered to my home (5 min away) with two workers (the manager Robin, and technician Ron), one driving my car to return to me, the other a return vehicle for themselves. I was able to sign the completed work form when my car was dropped off to me, and thus able to go to work without missing more time. The office manage Rose was also instrumental in making this convenience happen. Job well done by all! Thank you. I will recomennd this company to others. Cheryl B.
