My car was broken into for the second time outside of my home and for the second time Robin and his team at Boyd Autobody provided excellent service and made our car as good as new. This time some random parts associated with the car jack were stolen from my car. Robin went above and beyond, even driving to the car dealership to see what parts were needed, to order and replace everything that was taken. Courtesy car was provided, Boyd gave an estimate of when the vehicle would be ready, and communicated with us throughout the whole process.

Over the past several years, I have taken my vehicle, my wife's vehicle, and even my father's vehicle to Boyd for some sort of repair at least half a dozen times. And whether it’s been for a cracked windshield, or a more serious repair job due to an accident, Robin Soni and his team have always gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. Not only is the entire staff friendly, they seem to go out of their way to turn an unfortunate incident into a pleasurable experience. Today, I brought my car in because it had a small chip in the hood due to a flying rock. Robin said to leave the car with him and he’d see what he could do. When I got back, they had carefully touched up the chip, washed my car, and toped up my washer fluid. And when I tried to pay, he wouldn’t take any money. The service provided by Boyd was absolutely excellent. I experienced a car break-in, which resulted in a shattered driver side window and damage on the door panel. Customer Service - Unfortunately car incidents are stressful and frustrating. However, Robin Soni at Boyd provided excellent customer service. He was a pleasure to talk to and very understanding of the situation. When the shop was almost closing, he had waited pass the office hours and coordinated with the car rental service that was also closing. I greatly appreciated the extra steps he took to help me through a difficult situation. Repair work - The repair and clean-up of my car was done in less than 2 days including over the weekend. This was pleasantly fast and the attention to detail in cleaning my car was fantastic. The small details like cleaning my dashboard was very ... appreciated. When I got my car, it felt like I was driving off the lot with a new car again! Overall, I wanted to provide this feedback and express my appreciation to Robin and the team at Boyd in Vancouver. My vehicle, Toyota RAV4 Limited, was at the Selkirk Boyd Autobody + Glass location. The service et al at this location is quite appreciated! The staff we all dealt with are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and considerate. We have recently moved to Selkirk and were glad we went to this Boyd location. David Jackson, the Production Manager, was terrific. He ensured I had a courtesy car to use and gave me several updates as to my vehicle. IF I need their services again in the future, I will not hesitate to use their services. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I told JB that I would give feedback and this long over due. I was very impressed how clean my van was when I got it back. I don't think it has ever been that clean in 6 years of owning it. The repairs were done in a timely manner. My van after being repaired looked like it was never in an accident. Boyd did a good job matching up the door and replacing my trunk to look like it was before. Thanks for doing such a great job.

"I drove up to Boyd to inquire on a windshield repair. I've had a few done in the last few years and always thought it was somewaht "fishy" that some didn't even offer a receipt for the $50-$75 it cost me. So I thought I would keep looking for a new place each time. I pulled in, went to the service desk.They immediately inspected it and took my vehicle in to do the repair...mentioning there "is no charge for windshield repairs". I was completely suprised and very happy to wait while speaking to the very professional and friendly Operations Manager, Rishi Bakshi, who spoke very highly of his company and their mission. For any future glas work I will most definitely be going to see Rishi again. A class act!"
