Great service by all the staff . From the young Manager who co-ordinated my repair , to Rose who signed the guarantee for the work , and all the techs who worked on my car . They only had my Van for 2 1/2 days . The work was completed quickly , and to a very high standard. It was cleaned way above where it normally is .

Great repair work. Took a few days longer than originally projected but it was worth the wait. Loved the way my Jeep was cleaned outside as well as inside. Keep up the good work. "Getting my bumper replaced was not something I looked forward to until I met Matt Rowluk. This guy exemplifies superior customer service. He made sure my rental car was ready, he kept me well informed of the process from start to finsih. It was evident to me how important my business was when he called and said there was a small imperfection that needed repair and he would need a little more time to "make it perfect" he said. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my paperwork was ready, he took me outside to look at the work and even had my burnt out headlight replaced without me asking. I wanted to share my appreciation for Matt's excellent service, his genuine desire to make me a satisfied customer and his going beyond my expectations.
