I told JB that I would give feedback and this long over due. I was very impressed how clean my van was when I got it back. I don't think it has ever been that clean in 6 years of owning it. The repairs were done in a timely manner. My van after being repaired looked like it was never in an accident. Boyd did a good job matching up the door and replacing my trunk to look like it was before. Thanks for doing such a great job.

They set up an appointment for the next day :) They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appraiser, Archie, truly knows his stuff. He followed miniscule trails of damage to uncover the true issues. He got the estimate prepared quickly; while I was at the location. When they realized the first appointment was over a month away they suggested a different location so I could get the repairs done faster. Where there was confusion with the other location, they called and cleared up the misunderstanding so I could get my car in at the end of this month instead of next. It was a very good experience following the pain of an accident. Thanks gang! Hopefully my April 17 repairs will go as smoothly.

Rishi Bakshi helped me with both my glass repair and my collison repair. As soon as i walked in, I felt truly welcomed. Rishi made sure I had a rental car and made sure all my needs were taken care of. He even waited after the shop was closed for me to come and pick up my car. I would say this is the best customer service experience I have ever had at any shop. Thank you
