Called in the morning after my car got broken into. They had me in that Tues and got it back on Fri. Very reasonable considering they had to paint the passenger side door. The shop was clean and looked inviting unlike other bodyshops I've been to in the past.Excellent professional service provided by Matt at drop off and pick-up. The glass was replaced and paint color match and quality of workmanship was excellent. They also went ahead and touched up some other scratches further along the body at no extra charge which was a bonus. I'm very satisfied and will be a returning customer if unfortunate damage were to occur again to any of my vehicles. Keep up the good service. Thanks

From the moment I brought my damaged car to Boyd for the initial estimate until the moment I picked up my perfectly repaired car, I received outstanding service. Everybody I met at Boyd Autobody was friendly, courteous, and super helpful. From wiping the scrape marks off my car at the time of the initial estimate to making me a coffee while I waited for my wife to come and get me, it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. And I am a very satisfied customer. Finally, I give my special appreciation to Michele and Jamie who made me feel a lot less bad about having damaged my car!

Jeff was extremely helpful in getting our vehicle fixed. we had bumped a curb and the front quarter panel was loose. Jeff found it just needed a screw to hold it in place and fixed us up so we could be on our way. we are extremely happy with the service and will continue to come back to this location for any autobody or glass work we need done.

I have never had such great service before. All my questions were answered in detail and all the information I needed was provided to me with specifics when I called. I didn't feel unsure or doubtful of the service I was getting. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly, they had someone drive me to work as I left my vehicle there for the day to get fixed, and he even offered to pick me up after. Rose Kumar is awesome. I received a message the next day to make sure I got my car ok and that I was happy with everything. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I work with. Thank you so much Rose.

I was in a car accident and chose Boyd Autobody to repair my car. Unfortunately, it was not repairable and ended up being written off by ICBC. However, I found everyone I dealt with there to be extremely nice and helpful - especially Robin Soni. I would definitely come back to this location if I ever found myself in a situation like this again.

excellent in terms of helpfulness and going out of the way tp accomadate my insureds . The shop will stay open over a Saturday, so that if there is a non drive the insured is able to be looked after- also the staff is cheerful, very pleasant and prompt attention is given , both to me as an adjsuter and my insured whenever I deal with the shop- it is always a relief to send one of my more difficult insured's to Rishi as I am confident he is able to calm the insd and do it takes to get the job done to their satisfaction

My van was vandalized with primarily left sliding door glass and some collateral damages to driver's door etc. Completion of the work on my vehicle was delayed due to some back and forth with MPIC due to additional damage being discovered and also the fact that Honda had sent the wrong glass in the first instance. Then after I picked up the van the sliding door started to act very strangely necessitating that the vehicle be returned for additional diagnosis and repair of what turned out to be a rather minor but testy and frustrating electrical problem. The Location Manager, Matt Rowluk, phoned me twice a week to keep me abreast of the progress and the additional problems that were being encountered etc. When the electrical situation surfaced after I picked up the van, Matt arranged for additional diagnosis and work to be done in a timely ... manner which was most appreciated because by then I was running into a personal time compression problem with some forthcoming travel. At all times, Matt remained cool, collected and focused on getting the job done correctly and completely all the while keeping me informed and, in the end, satisfied. He is to be commended for his ability to handle complex situations with grace and for his devotion to customer service. Thank you. read more

Outstanding service. Robin was very welcoming, careful and efficient. He made me feel that I was valued as a customer and that he would do everything possible on my behalf to set things to rights. Everything went very smoothly and the car was ready when promised, looking great. After a very bad experience with Speedy Glass on the previous day, (long story, but essentially made an appointment that was not honoured), it was refreshing to see this done the way it should be done.
