I worked directly with Rishi and he took care of all the details - everything from arranging a tow truck to pick up my car, to setting up a rental car for the time my car was being worked on, to finding me the best parts, best price, and quality service. He followed up with emails and calls to ensure the quality of the repair and keeping me informed on the work being done. He explained at length the damage to my car and what was necessary to make my car safe to drive. He eliminated all unnecessary costs and was a pleasure to work with. I have never received such quality service at an autobody shop and would recommend the Boyd on Bridgeport to everyone - in fact I grabbed a stack of Rishi's business cards to pass to my friends. Both my husband and myself were extremely pleased with the first class service provided by Boyd Autobody & Glass. Robin SONI initially indicated that the car would be ready on Thurs. or Fri. True to his word it was ready Thurs. We appreciate the fact that they washed and thoroughly cleaned the car--removed ALL the broken glass which was scattered throughout the interior. I was really impressed with the service I received from Boyd. What I appreciated most was the email updates I got on my car. I always knew what was going on and I was kept up to date on when the car would be ready for pick-up. I also really appreciated the offer to drop my car off at work when it was done. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded thanks to the exceptional service I received from them. If I am ever in need of glass or collision repairs again I will definitely use them. You can bet I will be telling friends and family about my exceptional experience.

I had a small chip in my front window, so I walked inot the above location with no appointment. Cmaeron Stewart met with me, looked at my chip and had a service claim started while my vehicle was taken to the back to be worked on. During this time it was discovered that I would not be covered because of my deductable. Cameron explained the advantages of having the $200.00 as opposed to the $500.00. He then promptly let me know that the service would be complimentary this time. I was shocked and very appreciative. I have not had customer service like this in years. I will most certainly take all by business back to them, and will take every opportunity to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Cam and the Boyd team at Narin Ave!!!!

Just wanted to pass on a great Boyd moment for me. A customer Stella Cummings, gave me a huge hug and told me how much she appreciated everything I did for her. She originally came in with her claims and wasn't sure how the whole process worked. She had 3rd party insurance as well but no info with her. MPI told her she had to pay her deductible, and when I called mpi they said the same. I had to call around to different brokers to try and find her policy info and at first she was very frazzled but after I called around and figured out everything for her she said I put her at ease. She received a few calls and was always excited to hear from me and would tell me how great I was at helping her through this process. We were able to finish her vehicle early and the guys even covered up some additional little knicks that were not part of the ... claim. It's been a week since I've had my car repaired at Boyd Richmond and so far I am pleased with the quality of work. I had originally choosen Boyd over other shops due to such great reviews of customer service and I'm glad to say I experienced it first hand! When I originally went to pick up my car I noticed that an interior trim piece was not properly installed. Rishi and Matt were extremely apologetic and made sure that this issue was resolved asap. Despite this minor bump, I am quite pleased at how professional and sincere they were about my situation. I have no hesitation visiting Boyd Richmond in the future for my automotive needs.

I droped my car off Oct. 12, 2012 to have hail and driver rocker panel replaced, Car was ready for pick up Oct. 19, 2012. Parts were broken when being removed, there was more damage to car after repairs were fixed.

"I unfortunately am writing for the 2nd time within the past month regarding some body work that I needed done for two different vehicles! The good news is that both were tremendous experiences from the Boyd autobody shop in Richmond. In September, I brought my father's car in to get fixed and I have already provided feedback on that experience. Most recently, my own car was damaged in an accident and I once again brought it back to Boyd Autobody due to the excellent customer service they provided the first time around. I had my accident on Wednesday, Oct. 10th at 12:10pm. I called ICBC at around 1pm to report it and subsequently called Boyd at around 1:30pm. Samatha answered the phone and was pleasant as usual. I told her my situation and wanted to know if I could bring the car in right away. However, I also needed a "courtesy ... car" to drive around in and needed to be back in Vancouver for a 4pm meeting. Samatha was going to arrange a car from Enterprise however was concerned that there might be a delay in getting the Enterprise driver over to Boyd in a timely manner. As a result, she drove me from the Boyd shop over to Enterprise and had pre-arranged everything so that I had the car in about 5 minutes! I was able to make my 4pm meeting with time to spare! In addition, I had some bad scratches and markings on my rear passenger wheel that were not a result of the accident. I mentioned this to Rishi and he was able to have the wheel replaced at a very low discounted price. As usual, the car looked great when I picked it up -- they really do a great job with the detailing! Rishi provided me with regular updates as to the status of the repairs which I really appreciated. Although the car would have been available a day earlier, Rishi had some concerns with certain parts of the paint job and therefore had it redone or touched up before I picked it up. I've received nothing but tremendous service from the Richmond Boyd Autobody shop and will be recommending them to any friends/family that require work to be done. thanks again for turning bad experiences (car accidents) into "better" experiences!
