WOW!! I can't say enough about my experience at Boyd Autobody in Victoria. My car's front end was a write-off when it was towed to their facility. 10 days later, I had it back looking like new, as well as having been thoroughly detailed inside and out. All the while, I had use of one of their Toyota loaners which was handy and fuel efficient. Everyone (and I do mean that literally) from Michelle in the front office to the office manager to the body repairmen were the BEST I have ever had when having my car repaired ANYWHERE. All the paperwork btn ICBC and them was seamless and ALWAYS ready for review with a smile and a personal touch; the manager took the time to explain the engineering behind car panel manufacturing, crash testing and collision repair; the repair technician took the time to talk about the new paint and some invaluable ... pointers regarding the maintenance of the finish. A totally professional approach to autobody repair and a completely personalized approach to customer service. Boyd treated me like I was their only customer whenever I had dealings with their staff. As soon as we walked into the Richmond shop, Manager Rishi Bakshi greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help. After inquiring the nature of our collision repair, he immediately came out of the shop with us to have a visual inspection of the damage, and gave a brief explanation of the work to be performed. Although we did not book an appointment, Rishi offered to take in our car right away and offered a complimentary courtesy car service, which picked us up from the Richmond shop directly to the rental car company. As promised, our car was ready for pick-up the next day. The Richmond shop delivered hassle-free, efficient, quality service which significantly exceeded our expectations. If anyone needs collision repair service, Boyd at Richmond would be our top recommendation. Thanks for the excellent service!

They were great! When my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia got a crack in the windshield they were able to source a new windshield when I thought it was not even possible. The repair went very smooth and I got the car back the same day I dropped it off to have the windshield replaced. The technician who worked on my car did an excellent job. All of the front line staff were friendly and answered all my questions to the fullest. Would come back in a heartbeat!
